Paper work says £8.50each way to get through airport gates. Was charged £20 for this.
Rang on arrival back from holiday and was told there would be half hour wait at airport for minibus. That was over an hour and an half outside in the cold.
Was told that as we arrived late we have to pay extra. We had rung from Crete to advise flight delay of 2 hours.they said this was fine.
When we pointed this out they said they would not release car keys without extra payment. Felt threatening. Arrived at site approximately 3am could not find car and was given no help. All in all will never go back to this parking spot and will warn others not to use.

Great service easy to book very well priced

Absolutely horrendous avoid at all cost. Firstly it is situated in a field behind a stables yard and the 10 minute road down will either pull every muscle in your body or your car having no axle left due to only being a track from the main road down to the stable yard. Then you can expect to wait up to one and in some cases if returning customers two hours for them to transfer you to and from the airport as they only have the one bus. Also I got charged £17 return drop off fees ( god knows how many of those they collected from other customers who share the same bus as you) we were a family of 12 and there was only room for half of us on our trip. We had to wait for them to make the 20 minute journey to the airport, another half hour at the airport to allow for irate customers to argue as they have been waiting two hours, then the 20 minute return before it was our turn to go. Please leave lots of time before your flight or you may miss it, better still find somewhere else to park……

We used this company to arrange parking at Heathrow. Pricing was very competitive, now we know why. The company is a broker, your meet and greet parking will be another company, we had Platinum Parking.
Received an in advance email from CYPD providing instructions for each Terminal, ours was T4. We were given a number to call 30 mins in advance and instructions on what to do on arrival at T4 drop off with a SatNav postcode to use.
We called both numbers but neither responded, we followed the SatNav which took us to the £7 drop off area, the road to the given drop off for us was closed so we had no choice but to go through the one way drop off, we went around again thinking we must have missed a turn, we hadn’t. Still no reply. A third lap and we eventually had our call answered and were told the drop off was now temporarily in the short stay car park.
We drove to there, parked up and were approached by a man who wanted to take the our car, he had no ID and would not give a name or show any form of identification, I didn’t hand over the car, he walked off?
We managed to call again and were told that someone else would come and take our car, I asked that this person showed some form of company ID or airport pass.
Another guy turned up after about 30 mins, he had all our vehicle details in some form of phone app, he videoed our car, still had no ID. We told him about the flawed drop off instructions, he said this was down to CYPD not his company, he did say we would not get charged for driving through the drop off as we had no choice but to route through there. He took the car away, we could see from our vehicle app that the car was parked and locked up about 5 miles away, and it did stay there during our time away. On return to the UK we called the company as instructed after collecting from the bag drop, the call was eventually answered when we had got to the car pick up point in the Short Stay at T4, we were told our car was on its way, our app showed to remained locked and parked. We called again after about 20 mins and were told the same, we said we knew it hadn’t moved. We called again and were told it was blocked in and would be sorted out and brought to us, eventually it was (45 minutes). The driver pulled up handed the keys over and just walked away, no inspection no paperwork? Anyway the car was fine and we drove away.
I am now appealing against the penalty I have received for using the drop off area and not paying the £7. We had no choice but to drive through it as it’s a one way and the only other road to the multi storey drop off area is currently blocked off. A cheap but pretty poor and offhand meet and greet service. We won’t use it again, neither company seems to care about customer service.

This was the worst parking experience of my life. Booked through a third-party comparison site and the service was subcontracted to Park247.
1. THEFT FROM MY CAR: They stole cash / change from my front compartment. Money was there before, gone after. 2. COMPLETELY UNSAFE: They left my car in the car park 2 HOURS before we even landed and hid the keys inside the tyre. Anyone could have taken the car. No security, no professionalism. 3. LIES AND 45 MINUTE WAIT: When we landed we called them. They said "45 minutes". We waited 45 minutes in the cold. 4. BLACKMAIL FOR £28: After 45 minutes they said "Oh we left your car in SHORT STAY 2 hours ago". So WE had to go and pay £28 out of our own pocket just to get OUR OWN CAR out of short stay. Because of THEIR mistake.
This company is not a real parking company. They are thieves. They take your money, steal from your car, leave your keys in an unsafe place, and then make YOU pay extra.

I have all proof - booking confirmation and the £28 short stay receipt.

Very Disappointing Service – Serious Concerns About Vehicle Handling

Our experience with this company was extremely disappointing, and I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using their service.

We booked parking for two cars through CompareParkingDeals, with the service provided by Park247. According to the booking instructions, we were required to call approximately 30 minutes before our arrival and again before our departure.

When we returned, we called as instructed and were told that our cars would be brought to us in approximately 45 minutes. After waiting for around 30 minutes, we received a call telling us that one of the cars was already in the car park and giving us its location.

When we located the car, we were extremely surprised to find that the keys had simply been left on the tyre. This is a very concerning way to handle a customer's vehicle.

Even more concerning, after checking the parking information, we discovered that the car had actually been left in the car park at 11:14 am — almost three hours before we had even contacted them as instructed. Because of this, we were forced to pay £21.50 in parking charges.

This raises some very serious questions:

1. Why was our car left in the car park almost three hours before we were instructed to contact the company?
2. Why were we not informed that the car had already been returned to the car park?
3. If the car was already there, why were we made to wait approximately 30 minutes before being told its location?
4. Why were the keys left on the tyre rather than being handed to us securely?

The situation with the second car was even more concerning. Although this car was returned at the time we had been told, we noticed that coins/cash were missing from inside the vehicle. More worryingly, the car appeared to have been searched through, which caused serious concern about how the vehicle had been handled while it was in their possession.

When customers hand over their vehicles, they expect them to be treated responsibly, securely and with respect. Our experience fell well below that expectation.

The combination of the unnecessary £21.50 parking charge, poor communication, lack of transparency, the way the keys were left, and missing cash from the second vehicle has completely undermined our confidence in this service.

We expect a proper explanation from the company regarding what happened to both vehicles and why they were handled in this manner.

Based on our experience, we would not use this service again and would strongly recommend that other customers exercise caution before booking with CompareParkingDeals/Park247.

I TRIED TO BOOK PARKING BUT THE CARD WAS DECLINED EVEN AFTER TH BANK HAD APPROVED THE PAYMENT. YOU NEVER KNOW WHERE THE PROBLEM IS BUT IT IS FRUSTRATING TO HAVE TO IT AGAIN WITH ANOTHER CARD.

I called them after landing my flight and then they said it will be there 30 mins as written in documents. But after 30mins I called them it would say 45mins and then after 10mins again then call and say My car is in bay and when I look at this car it was already 11am from car park. And also key was also on car wheel so that is also no accepted. Total I paid for 29:30 pounds paid plus car park which was around £73 pounds. This is completed no acceptable. I would say don’t use this Car park ever

They took so much change from my front compartment - they left car in the parking 2 hours before and left the keys in tyre and when we called they advised it will take 45 minutes and after 45 minutes they says we did left your card in short stay 2 hours before so we have paid £28 to take out car - this website and third party all are not real human being and thieves DO NTO USE THIS WEBSITE AND PARK247

Quick and easy to use. Cheaper than other sites.

V confusing site. I ended up with off airport parking although I clearly order meet and greet. No phone number to discuss this. Cancelled by email. No reply. Booked elsewhere. V poor

Very poor waited over one hour to leave car at departure and 50 minutes for collect. Won’t use again.

If you're a fan of Ferris Bueller's Day Off then you'll love these guys. Nice Scratch on the door, 200 miles extra on the speedo and a Parking fine all whilst I was on Holiday. This rogue trader behaviour was supposed to be sorted years ago. Shame on you Gatwick, Compareparkingdeals and Trading Standards. Take my advice use official Airport parking - not these guys!
