Wouldn’t give it one star . Waited 4 weeks for it to come, we emailed them and they didn’t reply.Looked so much different when it came it was in a big box and when it came it was in a small heart box . Never again will l be ordering with this company

Do NOT order from these people. Product arrives too late for advent start and then it is wrong! Ordered plush Squishmallow advent calendar by clicking off the video of it but they sent a small hard version that is poorly printed, spelt wrong and is not what the £30 I paid for it is worth. Shocking. That will teach me to buy from Facebook. Communication is non-existent so don't bother complaining!

I’ve placed an order you took the money from my bank but no confirmation of order and no reply from my message is this a scam your running very disappointed

Ordered goods, not received. Sent Numerous emails requesting where item is. No reply. They did send emailing wanting a review on the product, couldn’t reply as no item. Advise them if this but no reply. !!!

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. I ordered the bracket making kit for my granddaughter for Christmas, it took 3 weeks to arrive and we got it this morning. Nothing like what was advertised, it doesn’t come in the lovely box which opens up to show lots of beads, it comes in 3 separate small boxes which are totally crushed due to poor packaging. It takes forever to get through to anyone and I know that I can kiss goodbye to the £45 I paid. Avoid, do not purchase anything from this company!

Ordered 4 Christmas cat suncatchers. Good quality when they arrived. Was concerned as it said this was a UK registered company and my order was shipped from China. Took a few weeks to arrive but the quality is good and didn’t take long to arrive 4/5 days once arrived in UK. Wanted these as presents so glad they did turn up.

I ordered a squishmallow advent calendar from comfybear on November 13th 2024, I have now sent messages 4 times without any response back.
I still haven't received it after contacting them. via email is pointless as you get an automated response stating products will be delivered within 7-14 days of shipment.. they haven't even been shipped yet according to the 'Shop' tracking app.
Absolutely disgusting service from them, they are fully aware these products will need to be delivered by December 1st, and if they cannot fulfil orders by then, then they should have a cut off point so you can shop elsewhere.
I have a very upset granddaughter who was so excited about this special calendar who is asking me every day when is it coming. Absolutely disgusting!

BUYER BEWARE! I ordered a Karaoke machine from this Company as advertised via Facebook. I paid via PayPal and the money was sent. I did not receive any acknowledgement of the order or any invoice from them. You will not receive anything from this Company. They will take your money, not send the supposed product and not respond to emails. Total scammers!

Atrocious. I cancelled my order within an hour or so of placing it but they totally ignored me and shipped order anyway! I have received the order and the items are faulty but cannot get a response from them!
Avoid this company at all costs. They are overpriced and no customer service at all. I will have to put the £45 I've lost down to experience and avoid Comfybear in the future!

This isn't a review about anything that this company sells. It's just a reminder for everyone to Google the UK reviews of whatever company they are considering buying from. I've ordered from some companies without reading the reviews, and on one occasion it ended up with me buying a 4 inch wide roll of paper. All emails went unanswered, and me almost £20 out of pocket 🤬😡.

Do not buy anything from this company! They will rip you off. They take your money and deliver goods that are nothing like what’s advertised. They are impossible to contact. They don’t respond to emails, I’ve sent several asking them to let me know when they will let me have the correct item…… No response!!!!!
Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!!! They’ll take your money and leave you disappointed! Bunch of rogues!

Ordered and paid in good faith . Waited a while then once contacted and they finally replied with “ the item is out of stock still!” How can you sell a product that you never had in stock, still waiting for refund

I order an Micromallow advent calendar at the beginning of December, despite chasing via email as no telephone number, I have had no reply or parcel. Very disappointed. Tracking details are rubbish.

They told me it had been delivered on the tracking system which is useless. You can’t call them and they never answer their e mails.
Don’t ever use this company.

Still have not received product, didn’t check reviews first. Karaoke machine. Contacted asking to return, told already on way. Told them wanted refund , was told to refuse package. How can you refuse something you have not received. SCAM.
