If I could give 0 stars I would. No order received despite chasing. Had hoped it would arrive for Christmas given how long ago I ordered it but nothing. No replies to messages. Nothing received. £50 of my money I won't see again. I wish I had seen the reviews first. I am a novice.

This is a scam company.
Ordered 2 items on 20nov nothing arrived. Many emails sent. Tracking number provided , but was not valid.

Absolutely disgusting scam. Do not order the squishy advent calendar. It took weeks to arrive and not in time for it to be used as an advent calendar. The item is terrible quality of small odd plastic items. Clearly a fake. It was advertised on Facebook as plush squishmellows, then this gets shipped from China with no way to return or receive a refund. I wish I had read the reviews before as so many have fallen for the same scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. The calendar costs £30 and is nothing but cheap, fake tat.

I ordered a squishy advent calendar middle of November , still not arrived I’ve sent 9-10 emails no reply!! Worst company I’ve dealt with do not go near this company !!!
Asked to cancel and a refund but no reply, I don’t think they have any customer services. Why accept the order if you know you have no stock! Definitely in the top ten for the worst company on all levels. They should be removed from the internet!!!

Received nothing or know nothing about my purchase going by reviews I will have to write this off as having been scammed.

I would rather give 0 stars, I ordered the squishmallow advent calendar. Had to chase for tracking info, which they sent, but it was absolutely worthless. The whole thing is a scam. They should not be allowed to advertise on platforms, I have reported them to trading standards. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

DO NOT BUY ANY THING FROM THIS COMPANY. I took brought the squishy mallow advent calendar in November. Received nothing. Got two emails saying it's been sent tracking number crap does not exist. Raised a claim with PayPal for refund still waiting. Please please do get caught.

If I could put -5 I would. They asked me "how was your product?" Unfortunately the product, a game called 'Tapple' hasn't arrived. I have sent 4 emails to them with no response. I'd like to know how to pursue this further.

Worse company ever, ordered two LED message mirrors, ordered mid Nov, payment released 21/11 and currently 06/12 and no product, no way to contact them except email which they do not answer, disputed with my bank so not sure if I will get a refund, please avoid, I wish I read the reviews before ordering .

Faulty karaoke box and want to charge for a return to china.

Not a legit company. They do not send out orders and then send tracking information that is not accurate and can’t follow it! Items don’t turn up after a month of waiting and chasing a refund. Still no items or refund.
Don’t waste your time ordering they will take the money but won’t send the products. Thanks

Ordered the Squishmallow calendar beginning of November and it still hasn’t arrived. Tried to contact with no response!!! It cost £30 with postage and disgusting they accept orders knowing full well it won’t arrive on 1st December….. surely that’s the whole point of an Advent calendar !! Do not order anything from this company !!

Sheep loo roll holder is useless. The head keeps falling off. Emailed them and as yet no reply. I said l want money back and they need to refund for postage as goods not fit for purpose. Avoid this company. All the hype they write is just words
