Coastal Cottages of Pembrokeshire Anmeldelser 

We have used Coastal Cottages a few times but this time we had a fine for having to re launder sheets and towels not sure what this means as they do the laundering. and a mark on one of the carpets which none of us had seen and we hovered and cleaned all the rooms before leaving. I am so disappointed and i personally won't be using them again. Such a shame.

What a beautiful cottage, everything our family could possibly want or need. The kitchen extension flowing seamlessly out to the stunning garden was a massive hit. Great place for Star gazing & bat watching. Very private despite hving houses around. Road very quiet. Real feel of luxury esp wth the new upstairs bathroom. Local stunning beaches 5 min drive. Very friendly, helpful locals. Would recommend the local Dolphin watching, v respectful of the animals. Also the Ferry Inn, great food & staff. Wonderful holiday, stunning weather. We will be back. Thanks so much.

Quick and accurate response

Booking online was easy. I got a confirmation text but no email. This morning I phoned the office and spoke to Tracey. She sent me the 2 emails immediately. Thank you. 😊

Didn’t receive any help when arriving at flat we found that there were no empty parking spaces. Phoned company but they didn’t have an answer so just had to wait until one became free. Flat itself was ok, nothing special just functional. Location was good.

Booking was so easy. I don't think you could improve on that.

The bungalow had everything we needed. It’s a beautiful place. The view was fantastic. Great walking. Watching the sailing from the lounge is a dinghy sailors dream.

Excellent service regarding booking and arriving at property lovely helpful staff on phone

The cottage was ready for me on arrival. It was easy to locate as per the instructions.

I have used Coastal Cottages a few times and they are most helpful and excellent customer service.
The accommodation was exactly as described and had everything needed for a wonderful break. The kitchen was well stocked if you wanted to eat at home.
The view from the garden was amazing giving wonderful sunsets ( weather permitting).
Our second stay at Heddfan and it won’t be our last, super safe for the dog who enjoyed saying hello to Rafferty the owners pet. We also enjoyed the welcome gifts. Thankyou Alan and Lorraine for super accommodation.

The location in Aberrieddi is amazing, the website is easy to use. Some quirkiness with booking in America but easily solved by using PayPal to pay instead of the card directly, the security portion kept failing. They are completely responsive to any issues via email or phone. They have great options to enhance your vacation with thoughtful hampers and ways to book surfing lessons, boat tours etc.

Has some issue with the payment going through. Also no clear instructions on how to book the hot tub so I have had to email directly to ask. Other than these issues, all good.
