Great customer service and correspondence/updates. The property descriptions are accurate and the properties we have stayed in to date have been of a good quality with high standards of cleanliness. The members of the team I have spoken to have always been helpful and friendly and respond/call back when they say they will.

Always very helpful we know you are there if we need you, communication is very clear about arrival with a large book of very useful information about the property.
The service we receive is very much appreciated, we look forward to our visit to your lovely cottage in Cornwall every year.

The property was clean and well equipped, was conveniently located and the directions to it were good. The property description was accurate and we had a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Lovely apartment which is very comfortable with wonderful views of Godervy light house and all of St Ives bay, with easy access to the railway station. Good selection of properties and locations easy to reserve and book online or by phone with the help of excellent staff.

Use Aspects Holidays for all our Cornwall holidays. Great properties. Plenty of offices all over Cornwall. Descriptions of properties is always spot on. Very quick responses from them to any queries we have had. Already got 2 Aspects Holidays planned for next year. Thank you 100%.

We have used Aspects for several years and not had a problem. Last year the wifi router failed in the apartment. We contacted them, they contacted the owner and a new one arrived a couple of days later as it was over the weekend. We were kept informed and were even given a bottle of prosecco as an apology and they offered to pay for any mobile data charges we incurred. The staff are always friendly and helpful. We're just about to book next year's holiday with them too.

I can't fault them. Holidays in St Ives are expensive, but I believe you get what you pay for. And with Aspects you really do. Attention to detail, genuine investment in your perfect holiday and good customer service- as and when you need them.
Have used this company for years and years and years and will continue to do so!
