Club campsites are overpriced and are so regimented that it does feel like a holiday.
Membership doesn’t represent value for money.

The caravan sites we have been to are well laid out & the staff are very helpfull. The only drawback sometimes can be the mobile phone & TV reception,but that is not the fault of Caravan Club &is part of caravaning

Caravan Club Site is expensive but the facilities were spotless, site is well maintained and wardens were super helpful & friendly. Forfar Town Centre is a 10 minute walk, Aldi, Lidl & Tesco within short 5 min walk and most importantly the adjacent Park, greenspace & accessible Forfar Loch circular walk start is just outside the Campsite gate.

Only one night but very enjoyable.
Will be going back again.

Always know you will get a high standard on the sites.

The sites are great clean and tidy, the only down fall to new would be the price of the sites and it feels a little bit regimented.
All the sites I’ve been too have everything we require for a long or short stay.
Over all a good experience and have joined agin this year.

We spent another lovely summer on our sessional pitch . Staff are excellent and very friendly nothing is to much trouble . Facilities are always kept very clean. Looking forward to next year on another sessional pitch .
Close to new forest, Bournemouth , poole etc. excellent site

We have been members now for over a year and we love the variety of sites available to us. Easy to book and switch if needed and the reviews are really helpful when choosing the right site that meets our requirements. So far all the sites have been of a high standard and we really benefit from being to filter our searches to accommodate our pet dog and our love of quiet adult only sites.

We really appreciate the friendly staff and professional service in the European Travel Department. We also thought the Wardens at Tewksbury Club site were helpful and welcoming. We were disappointed with the changes to the Red Penant Overseas Travel Insurance. First it was stopped then re-introduced, as a new product without including a EU Breakdown Recovery Service. We cancelled our campervan insurance with the Club after 10 years as unhappy with the increased premium and difficulty in accessing the portal to review the documents. The documents were not emailed to me, just a screen asking me to "press here to renew"! They did call but I was not at home and the call return number did not accept my call.

Always friendly sites and space to get your Caravan and awning on your pitch. Good services and clean facilities.

Don't like pricing system, Its a members club so should not be winding prices up like Ryan air
Only use club for caravan insurance and CLs

Always struggle getting a pitch when and where suits us at short notice,very annoying when we can’t book a pitch but you have people on a pitch that are NOT members have booked Clubfest on three occasions and to be honest very disappointed on last visit and would not book any more,and we are seriously considering not to renew our membership next year due to all I have mentioned and getting to expensive as we are both retired and now pensioners

Know that camc sites are going to be nice. CL's, on the other hand, used a fair few this padt year, all paid for upfront!!! Were NOT 5 pitches.... club needs to physically go and do checks on them. One site squeezing 9 onto 5 pitches. NOT SAFE... we store our caravan at CAMC site, have to ring make an appointment to collect and bring back caravan. Had to use hotel because hsd an emergency away from home but couldn't access our own caravan as out of hours!!! Need to change system to key fob!!! Lots of lovely sites closed during the winter even though mostly hard standing. Brecon council has given permission for Brecon to open all year, one hard standing half, one shower block, BUT CAMC HAVEN'T RESPONDED TO THE COUNCIL!!!! All CAMC sites should carry replacement gas bottles too. Not a cheap hobby anymore with some sites charging in excess of £50.00 a night

The staff were really efficient in making the campsite very welcoming. Any help and advice was always available. The whole campsite was in excellent condition and maintained..

Good facilities in an excellent location. Easy walk along the canal or a short £6 taxi ride into Brecon. Pub 10 min walk.
Some road noise.

Lovely site well looked after wardens Lovely make you feel we ome we have been 3 times this year and will be back next year
