Superb friendly customer service.

Everything was straight forward the staff very polite

Mercifully, I have, as yet, never had to make a claim - however, if I ever did, I feel confident that we are in very good hands.

Some of the application could be made easier

Just bought a new caravan. Caravanguard insisted on fitting a tracker which would have doubled my insurance cost. Safeguard would insure me without a tracker.
The final insult was a bill of £28.08 to close my account.

All good no complaints very helpful

After speaking to several insurers regarding insuring my motorhome it was a pleasure to speak to 3 ladies on 3 different occasions who were, polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Each of them knew about the product and could offer ways to save me money on my premium without lowering the extent of the cover. A great experience.

Excellent, friendly, and efficient service. All staff spoken to were extremely courteous, invested, and efficient.

Had an issue with our camperwhile in Germany and got superb service from John and the team at the International recovery desk. Going through the same data protection questions every time you call is a bit if a pain but nevertheless great service. Thanks for getting us back on the road John and the team

Motorhome insurance renewal - I’ve very happily accepted and subsequent renewed this years insurance through Caravan Guard .

Contacting them saved me a few extra pounds( always nice ) as well however the main reason for my renewal was the fact when you contact the team you speak with real people , they listen what you say , then guide you through the process ..

So a big thank you to Lucy and apologies to your colleague whom I didn’t get your name ( my fault I wasn’t listening properly it’s an age thing! ) .. it’s so nice to speak with real people and not the dreaded AL assistants so many other companies use ..

They're friendly and they know their stuff. If I had to make a claim, I'd be confident. Only criticisms: you can't delete the (not very good compared to RAC Arrival) built-in recovery, which must come at a cost, and, I get charged extra just because there is an alley between my house and my driveway, as if the vehicle were not kept at home. Otherwise, highly recommend.
