I visited Claires in Arklow Co. Wicklow to get my 4 year old daughters ears pierced, the girl who delt with us that day was lovely, but 4 days later the diamond fell out of 1 of the studs that I was told was 9ct gold and I thought was very strange, I went over and they gave me 1 diamond stud back to replace it which I
can't do for another 3 weeks, 3 days after that the other diamond fell out of the other ear so I went back over and spoke to the girl that done them and she said her assistant manger will be back in a few minutes so i waited, i spoke to her and i thought she was so rude and then she put me onto the manger on the
phone which was lovely I asked for another set of studs ones with no diamonds so when I can change them I won't have to worry about any diamonds falling out but no they have to be replaced with the ones we got before, my child is 4 and everything is catching onto the little claw now and r making them sore. The manager asked to return
the old ones which r in her ear so that they can get attached to the refund
which I understand but I'm so annoyed
for 73 euro for ear piercing and the diamonds fall out is just absolutely
ridiculous and now my daughters ears r
sore because of it. I am absolutely raging
I went to Claires for her ear piercing.
Please be aware if your thinking of getting your little ones ears done in their stores 😤

je n'ai jamais vu du personnel aussi désagréable (magasin de Bègles en Gironde) que ce soit la vendeuse la veille que la responsable aujourd'hui

Le produit détient une garantie non expiré mais sous prétexte qu'elles n'ont plus le produit vous perdez la garantie.... Vous imaginez si tout le monde faisait ça, ah je suis désolé votre réfrigérateur n'existe plus donc la garantie non plus... on marche sur la tête

I Visited Claire's in Oldham town centre a few weeks ago to get mine and my little sisters ears pierced. Now 2 weeks later I've had now had to go to a&e... Unfortunately the piercer has put studs in that are too small for my ears and whilst sleeping this has caused the stud to actually go inside my ear lobe! I attended a piercing shop in Manchester and explained and they couldn't take this out for me as it had already healed over.. The professional piercer also confirmed Claire's had put studs in that was too small. Now I've had to sit in a&e for 5 hours waiting for help to get them taken out, both ears are also infected as well. ( I also used the solution from Claire's twice a day). I've also lost money as I've had to take time off work because of this! I want my money back. Angry and disappointed is not the word.

Visited the parc trostre store in Llanelli today for my step daughter to have her nose pierced. The wonderful young lady who works there who assisted us was very friendly and helpful. She was very professional throughout checking our daughter was happy with the placement and knew how to care for her piercing afterwards she didn’t rush and I felt she was in safe hands. She was also very helpful in helping us choose other items while in store ! Would recommend for anyone looking for somewhere to get there piercings done 10/10

Je me suis faite percée un deuxième trou aux oreilles et il s'est refermé en 24h . Aucun conseil précis . En plus mon oreille s'est enflammé

If I could give 0 stars I would. Got my daughters ears done when she was 6 months old, however only 3 months later the ear started to go red and hurt her ear. Shes never touched them. I've had to change her ear rings however as I've gone to take them, the bar has bent and got suck. It took ages to get it out. I'm so mad. I paid 50 for her ear rings just to bend and hurt her ears. It took me too get 2 forks and pull it apart. Shes got better ear rings in now and still never touches them. I would not recommend getting your little ones ears done here!!

My son had his ear pierced at the Loughborough branch. They told me the cost of the ear piercing was £30. After I left, I noticed that in fact the cost of the ear piercing was £15 and the cost of the solution was £15. They did not consult with me if I wanted to pay 15 pounds for the solution so in turn have actually miss sold so this to me. I returned to the store to ask for a refund and the young girl who worked there was extremely rude and insisted that I would not get a refund. This is unacceptable service and theft of my money without my consent. I want a refund.

After a really stressful experience with a branch completely mucking up my daughter’s piercing and infecting the ear I went to my local branch. Josie ( Romford) was so helpful and kind and sorted it all for me and re pierced them properly. Thank you so much. Restored my faith in Claire’s. Customer Services was beyond useless and didn’t reply to me at all.

I shopped at Claire's in Kingston, Milton Keynes today (15.03.25).

Sarah was brilliant! She is friendly, with lots of energy - with a beaming, welcoming smile!

She gave me advice accompanied with excellent customer service.

A true professional and an asset to Claire's! She makes this store the best, in Milton Keynes!

Needed new earrings, saw the buy 3 get 3 free so placed an order for quite a few pairs on the 5 March (some were for a birthday present). 7 March had an email saying order was dispatched, however 3 items were not in stock. Looked online and 2 of the items are still available for delivery online, even now. I did get a discount on the items available, however had I been informed that items weren't in stock before it had been shipped I would have cancelled my order. Website said order would be delivered on Monday 10 March, however it hasn't been and tracking hasn't been updated since 7 March.

J'ai achetée plusieurs piercings chez Claire's à la boutique Avignon Sud. La vendeuse ne m'a pas renseignée, les produits ne vont pas du tout et refuse de faire un échange. Je me retrouve avec des piercings inutilisables car la vendeuse n'a pas daigné sortir de son comptoir pour me renseigner. Vraiment décevant

I thought I would treat myself to 2 x lots of ear piercing as not had 2nd ones done but had 1st done years ago and they had healed as well as having a nose piercing done!
I was excited and nervous!
Not much choice for nose ones but chose one which would cost me £48
And earrings about £58/63 which is very expensive cost me £165 in total!!

When the nose was done I felt the jewellery was not all the way in and my inside of the nose was very swollen! There was no backing on this to stop it from coming out and it kept coming out!!
Numerous times kept coming out and I lost this in my room but had brought another one just in case. So I tried to put this in and could not get it in. My friend at worked tried to help and said looks like it has healed inside but I have a massive lump and jewellery may have been rejected?!
I am very disappointed and would never go back to them. Heard now so many reports which I did not know at the time!!!
I was also told because I brought 3 I would get 3 free so went to choose and they said no I need to buy another 3 products to get another 3 free!

You need properly trained staff and should not be doing piercings at your shop in Burton

I wanted to leave feedback because the customer service that we experienced at Claire’s Basingstoke on Sunday from Flo was nothing short of amazing.

My daughter is autistic and we went to Claire’s for her 7th birthday to get her ears pierced.

She was terrified but she was really co
It’s to doing it. Flo spent about 20 mins with her, taking her through each step. Showing her what every single item felt like, talking her through colours and metals, making her laugh and making her feel completely comfortable. It was as if she could feel what my daughter needed in each moment. When my daughter got overwhelmed at one point, she turned her direction to some items nearby and they went through the sensory feeling of the items. At no point did she show any frustration at all.

She also organised to have her ears pierced at the same time with another lovely lady. I believe her name was Emma but I’m sorry if that’s wrong.

I just could not rate Flo highly enough. She is such an incredible asset to your company.

Piercing ce matin lundi 3 mars pour ma fille au Magasin Clair’s a Seynod. Une vendeuse au top qui a rassuré ma fille qui a fait attention à ce qu’elle ressentait. Elle l’a mis en confiance tout de suite ! Encore merci à elle pour son sourire et sa bonne humeur. Je recommande les yeux fermés.

Booked for my daughter to have her ears pierced was told on phone would cost £39.50 when we arrived got told it would be £108 as they had no stock also manager had very bad attitude and was very rude would avoid this shop at all costs

1ere commande passée sur le site claire's car -50% affiché sur le site et pas en boutique.
Je réserve un click and collecte. Pas de confirmation pendant 48h. Je fais un mail puis je reçois une annulation de ma commande et c'est tout ! Alors que j'aurais pu aller le chercher ailleurs. Et bien entendu aurevoir la réduction. Autre mail de réclamation et aucune réponse !! J'espère qu'ils vont me rembourser. Je déconseille vivement. Ils ont perdu une cliente fidèle.

Très mauvaise expérience
Lors de la commande j ai payé des frais de livraison de plus de 5€
J ai également payé la tva de 20%
Et pourtant nous avons dû débourser plus de 16€ de frais de douane pour récupérer le colis ! Cela n’a jamais été évoqué ! Je suis très en colère et aucun geste commercial suite à ma plainte. Ma commande m aurait coûté très très cher pour les articles et qualité des produits

Hier, je suis passée chez Claires
à Ormesson .J ai vu qu on y percait les oreilles. J ai décidé de me faire un piercing sur le cartilage de l oreille. La jeune fille a été charmante, très professionnelle. Je suis ravie.
Sa responsable a été aussi charmante. Je recommande vivement cette boutique extrêmement bien tenue.
