Even though the original delivery was not delivered by the Yodel courier, Robyn in customer services was brilliant in her responsiveness. I cant praise her customer services skills enough. Second shipment was delivered excellently by FedEx. Product is lovely and good value.

The customer care team, were really helpful, going above and beyond helping with a query on a cot which I purchased from them 4 years ago.
I couldn’t recommend them enough.

Quick delivery and even when there was a minor issue with a missing item from my delivery Clair De Lune were straight on it and sending the missing item out. customer service was quick and easy and they were most helpful. Thank you!

I'm very impressed with the customer service from Clair de Lune. They're very prompt with their replies and were happy to send me a replacement piece for my moses basket stand without extra charges or any hassle.

Robyn was so helpful with sorting a replacement order! The redelivery arrived so quickly.

Wonderful website with lots of great items for welcoming new babies, we needed a few items and unfortunately made an error with the order, the customer service could not have been more helpful in assisting with the order so I could get the correct products, delivery was efficient and the products are great quality, most of all I’d like to thank Rebecca and Robyn from the customer service team for their assistance! Not only are the products of good quality and great care taken in the designs , delivery was free which l appreciated as Shetland was the delivery destination, .
I appreciated greatly that when something goes wrong that the recovery was most important to the service team and that l was kept informed and the situation dealt with promptly , reassuring great service , l will be shopping with them again with confidence

Lovely product and excellent customer service when a wrong item was sent

We purchased the organic folding crib for our first born - such a beautiful item and got so much use out of it! We have just pulled it out for a second baby and noticed a couple of screws missing, Robyn assisted with the matter and was brilliant and so helpful.

I had to get in touch with customer service, Rebecca and Robyn were fantastic, there was an issue with the Moses basket I had purchased, within a couple of days a new one was delivered, excellent customer service and great products

The adjustable rocking base for a Moses basket is perfect fit. The wood finish has a really smooth surface and went together without difficulty.
Customer services were outstanding in supplying a spare part very quickly and without fuss. A company I am happy to recommend.

Great customer service received from Robyn prompt helpful replies.

I ordered items & paid in full on 11th march after weeks of waiting & several emails enquirwhere my order was I’m still waiting for my order. Finally I got a response telling me I would have my order by 27th April & im still waiting, after another several emails I then got another response finally on 6th may saying they would chase my order & get back to me the same day with 1 hour & I’ve still not heard anything back from them. This has got to be the worst customer service ever. Unfortunately I can’t cancel the order because it’s too near the baby’s due date. Shopping with this company was a big mistake! I wouldn’t shop with them again. I just hope when I do eventually receive my order that it’s correct & up to standard for my new baby. A lovely experience has been ruined!!

I absolutely LOVE this brand! I was gifted the star blanket for my baby and absolutely fell in love with it! It’s so easy to get on and to keep my baby warm as she hated getting on any big snowsuits or jackets. I the found out they do a summer version so bought this as soon as I herd! They sent me the wrong item, and were rapid in replying to my emails about this and even faster at sorting out this mistake for me! And I had it corrected and Delivered the next day! Absolutely amazing products & customer service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I will be continuing to use there items!

I am so impressed with the customer service at Clair de Lune. I reached out because I was struggling to assemble my Moses basket stand and was confused about the parts. The support team (a special shout-out to Rebecca and Robyn!) responded quickly, clarified exactly how the parts should be used, and even went above and beyond by sending me the spare parts as it was missing.

It is rare to find such helpful and attentive service these days. They made a stressful setup much easier, and I now feel completely confident using the product for my baby. Thank you, Clair de Lune, for the great support!

Ordered a moses basket and stand from claire de lune, after a few days I emailed as I was unsure about when it would be delivered as there wasn't a tracking number, very quickly I was emailed back with delivery tracking number, today it arrived. Very pleased with the moses basket and stand and the extras 😃 😊 also yodels delivery. Thank you

Really happy with the service I received. There was a minor issue with my order (received wrong item) but it was very quickly rectified. The communication and customer service was top notch. Will definitely be order again as I love the products I ordered!
