Customer service is horrible at responding! They go weeks without responses. A company that sells newborn items should know the urgency of getting a response. They take so long to get back to you! Even if it’s urgent. It’s ridiculous.. why have customer service?

Sent so many follow up emails, still no response, and when they do respond it’s not helpful at all, so I have to send another email and wait so long again for a reply!

Ordered a mattress 2 days ago - I’ve had no communication to tell me a delivery date and when I tried calling the customer service telephone number it just rings out. I tried 3 times over 2 days.
Disappointed, as we’ve purchased before and the service was good.

I have a couple of baby mattresses from little green sheep and wanted to buy another for our baby’s cot bed. The little green sheep website makes a lot of claims about the mattress being organic and free from chemicals so I wrote to customer service to substantiate these claims with certifications and proof of testing. I got an AI response that just repeated these generic claims from their website and said that customer service would get back to me with more information. A week later and a couple of follow up emails from me, and I’ve still heard nothing. I think it’s really important that companies that make green claims like this can prove them to customers, so sharing this so others can take this into consideration when purchasing from this company.

The walnut Moses basket frame I received is much lighter than the colour shown in the photos online. I appreciate there will be natural variation with wood, but the difference is significant and disappointing given the price.

I contacted Little Green Sheep, but received an automated response saying my only option was to return it. I was disappointed that there was no attempt to offer an alternative solution.

My kid's twist mattress has gone mouldy on the underside while they used it! I have to say I'm rather shocked by this. We purchased the mattress at the end of 2021 and it's been in use since then with one of their mattress protectors. Shame, as i love their ethos and sustainably. However, they switched to AI customer service so when I messaged them about it, I received pretty useless statements.

Had a problem with a broken strap for the cradle I purchased. Replaced straight away free of charge and a pleasure to deal with this company. Highly recommended

Bought a Moses basket that was shoddily made: screws wouldn’t go in fully, parts were loose, and one of the sheets arrived with a stain. Customer service told me to email, which led to over a week of back‑and‑forth (it takes at least 48 hours for anyone to reply) before they finally offered a replacement (not wanted) or a refund, with another three‑day wait for a response. I gave up and bought something else. Their stock email says they’re experiencing “higher volume than usual” and ask customers not to follow up. If the business were run properly, customer service wouldn’t be this overwhelmed. Seems other customers have had the same experience.

Was sent a Moses basket with broken, sharp and dangerous handles. The cover was too small, covered in tears and looks nothing like the beautiful, luxurious item on the website. This company is a scam and their customer service does not respond via email or phone. Avoid at all costs. I am now left out of pocket and with nowhere for my baby to sleep because of this company!

Awful experience with Little Green Sheep - bought a Moses basket with rocking stand and it arrived damaged and part used, one end of the box had been taped up with brown tape and had been ripped down one side, showing it had clearly been used and opened before. Upon opening the box screws fell out onto the floor and the box containing the stand was also open with pieces part assembled. This is not what I expect when spending £150+, especially when an item is going to be used for a newborn baby. How can you knowingly send out items that have clearly already been used and are damaged when you have paid full price? Really disappointed and do not know when I will be contacted to return the item and get a refund. Will not be using again.

A high end brand which isn’t backed up by its customer service. Don’t expect a timely response for any help prior to an order or after making one. Let’s hope the product is up to standard.

Brilliant customer service - answered all questions really quick and helped ensure any issues with parts was dealt with no questions asked.

Needed a replacement part for our Snuzpod 4 which was out of stock on the website. Emailed to ask when it would be restocked and Demi was super quick to respond and get the part sent out to me which arrived the next day. Very happy with the service!

I bought an expensive cot mattress for my grandson to be delivered next working day....as I write, past 8 pm, it's not even left the depot. Not good enough. I should have gone to John Lewis. Avoid this company, the website for sure looks classy and upmarket, the prices are certainly upmarket however the reality of experience is very poor. No staff in customer service at the weekend, I've discovered. What is this company? Really unhappy, and I will never use them again.

Originally I ordered from Baby Planet, there was a fault in the rocking stand and they were really difficult resolving the issue, demanding videos and refusing to issue a return.
I messaged Little Green Sheep directly and they sent out a new item within a day, I had it delivered 2 days after I messaged them about the issue.
Fantastic service and the team was polite, kind and understanding
