Too much time from start to finish. Not happy with putting crazy paving back. Left quite a mess on completion. Didn't even sweep up or remove odd bits of cement.

I was pleased at the speed of the appointment and the work done and when a fault was reported they quickly arranged to have it repaired

8 months after a flood at my house , we initially were impressed with the assessor, then we appointed our own adjuster to deal with them as we didn't want any part in actually doing the work. Their assessors report was then withdrawn and another undertaken. This was then changed to a cash offer to the value of just the damaged furniture. My son is still out of his room the stench unbearable and its a month between email responses. And we continue to wait as we are not interested in a cash settlement

Avoid this company, who were appointed by my insurers to handle a water damage claim. Their contractors either urged me to claim for more work than was needed, saying "the insurance company is paying" or found yet another job to be done, and the time scale kept stretching. No wonder our insurance premiums are going up! In the end, I told my insurance company I wanted nothing more to do with them and appointed my own contractor to do the job.

Had a leak claim in February 2024. Although initially responsive the company offered an unreasonable settlement. Then asked for 2 quotes which were submitted in March. It is now mid April. They do not answer the phone or respond. I had to call my insurers who got them to call. They left a message to say call back urgently. I have done so on several occasions they just don’t pick up!!! Very frustrating - poor customer service.

Told me someone would phone me got no phone call so called claim consortium back said that there would find why got back to me and told I lived to faraway knew where I lived. And got another company to come must admit the two lads that came where brilliant working in really bad weather and got the job done should of got them straight away instead of someone who lives to far to travel

Company has no intention of handling my claim within a suitable timeframe, it's obvious now that they have no interest in paying out. It's been nearly 2 months for a claim of around £400 despite me providing them with all the evidence they need.

Was very impressed with the timely response and fix. Due to very ongoing and frustrating issues with Anglian water, regarding our water leak it was refreshing to get the matter resolved by the guys very quickly. All 3 guys who came were very hard working and attentive and kept us informed what they were doing. Left the area neat and tidy.

Was more than satisfied with the builders decorators etc. outstanding work carried out. Very punctual. Friendly and polite

It wouldn't have taken a lot to help me out. I am sure they get a lot of money from me and the University. I was honest but i should have lied in my claim. That's what you get for being honest. I left feeling very flat.

Constant delays and poor communications

I was very impressed with the guys clarks sent to do my underground sewer pipe work.they were polite friendly and extremely hard working.they were present for 3 days and had a good eye for detail to make job perfect repair.also found handellers on phone polite and helpfull.
