The work was completed quickly and efficiently and I'm very happy with the outcome.

In September 2023 my house flooded 7 months later nothing has been started let alone replaced. I know have black mould in one of the rooms and woodlouse making themselves known in every room. My home now resembles a building site, because the only thing they have done is removed flooring with no dehumidifiers/drying aids put in place . 2 chest infections and a cold later but apparently this isn’t caused by moisture!

I am utterly disappointed with the Claims Consortium Group's handling of my burglary claim through Urban Jungle Insurance. The lack of empathy and prolonged delay in processing my claim has taken a toll on my mental health. It's evident they are more focused on undermining my claim rather than providing the support I desperately need during this distressing time

After over a year of faithfully paying premiums to Urban Jungle Insurance, I expected swift and compassionate assistance in the event of a burglary. Instead, I was met with endless bureaucratic hurdles, including the absurd request to list all the contents of my house after the incident occurred. Why wasn't this requirement made clear when I initially signed up for coverage, like with most reputable insurance companies?

It's evident that the Claims Consortium Group's tactics are geared towards avoiding payouts for their client, Urban Jungle Insurance. This blatant disregard for customer care and fairness is unacceptable. I am now left with no choice but to escalate this matter to the ombudsman.

Save yourself the stress and headache by steering clear of the Claims Consortium Group and any insurer associated with them. Their lack of professionalism and commitment to their clients' well-being is appalling. Samantha Adams who is dealing with my claim has put me through hell!

Please avoid at all costs.
They tell you to get your own contractor out and you have to pay out of your own pocket.
What do we pay our insurance premium for?
Surely, they should send their own contractors out to provide advice and fix the issue.
I think they use fake trustpilot reviews. Please google claimsconsortiumgroup and look at the reviews.
They don't answer emails and are rude rather than helpful in their responses when they get intouch.

The 2 guys who came here were very friendly and tidy when they finished work they cleared everything back to the way it was.

Really good communication throughout , tried their best to accommodate our needs at all times. Work was carried to a really good standard. Left the place clean at all times.

Good communication in advance meant that we knew when and what was going to take place. The drainage company used, AJet, were excellent throughout the week. They were approachable and keen to fit in with our needs. The replacement water pipes were put into the grass verge by mole as opposed to digging up the private road. The work was challenging as was the weather conditions. However, the men did a great job and addresses each new challenge with determination.
Secondly, I was impressed with the clean up operation once all the pipes were in place. The site was left as found and Greg even replaced a couple of damaged paving slabs when, as I understand, they were not responsible for the damage.
The team ethic from AJet was impressive and these guys worked incredibly hard over a six day period.

Very helpful in carry out the checks and locating the leak

Work undertaken in a logical order and explained step by step. Contractors were efficient and undertook jobs quickly and without mess. Very happy with the outcome and resolve of drainage problem.

Men were helpful and polite allthough they could not assist us

I have been very impressed with everyone I have spoken to at the Admiral. They have all been friendly, professional and a pleasure to speak too.
The contractors that came out from Birmingham Drains were friendly and just got on with the job and cleared up after themselves. 👍🙂

I had a blocked drain and contacted my home insurance company, who sent out a local company called A1 All Clear. They sorted out the problem, which took several days, but they left a bit of a mess and I had to ring them to get them to return and clear and sand and the mess they had left on my driveway. Also, the flags were left uneven.

The quality of work was excellent, and once started it was very quickly completed.

Negatives were communication between Claims Consortium and Insures took months before works commenced on a leaking mains water feed. Initial site team identified mains electrical incoming rather that the water main leaving two (covered) inspection holes over December and January.

Could have gone a lot smoother and quicker from a claims admin aspect.
