CK Carpets Anmeldelser

We had helpful and friendly service from start to finish and the finished job looks excellent, particularly the Amtico flooring which is a revelation. I can’t imagine buying any other type of hard flooring having experienced Amtico flooring and the amazing installation by Tony of CK.

We have ordered various carpets from C k Carpets. Richard and Claire helped us to decide which carpets were best for our needs and we were able to take home
many samples to help us choose. We have just had our landing, Stairs and lounge carpeted to an excellent standard by David. He was very accommodating and knowledgeable, answering my many questions. We are very happy with how everything looks and enjoyed an excellent service from all involved from start to finish.
Highly recommended.
Thank you

Just had our new carpet from CK Carpets fitted throughout our house. What a fabulous company! From the moment we went into the shop, Clare and Richard were so friendly and helpful giving advice and letting us borrow samples to check colour in our home. Carpets were fitted at the agreed date. The CK carpet fitters did a great job and we are absolutely delighted with the results. Would 100% recommend this company.

We visited the shop to look for carpets for our bedroom and stairs and landing and Clare and Richard were extremely helpful and knowledgeable in helping us choose the right carpet. Their professionalism throughout the whole process from ordering to fitting was first class and our fittter David did a fantastic job. Can’t recommend them highly enough and will definitely be using them again.

Highly recommend CK Carpets! Having visited several shops for Amtico flooring in a herringbone layout, we chose CK Carpets to supply and fit, due to their expertise, extensive knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail. Their fitter Tony was also very professional and highly skilled with a keen eye for perfection. We absolutely love our new flooring and would like to thank CK Carpets for the smooth process from start to finish!

We had a wonderful experience with Richard and Claire at CK Carpets. Such a delightful couple, they were so helpful, their service was exceptional. The gentlemen that fitted the carpet were professional and very tidy. We will definitely visit them when next needed.. Thank you.

On our 1st visit to the flooring company the staff gave very helpful advice and we were able to take away as many samples as we wanted. Coordinating the laying of the floor with our kitchen fitters was pain-free and we are really pleased with the work done. Would definitely recommend this company.

I found CK Carpets to be very professional and helpful in all aspects from the initial choosing and subsequent fitting of our stair carpet. Would definitely use this company again and recommend to family and friends
Well done

This is the second time I’ve bought from CK Carpets and again the service has been exemplary from start to finish. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been extremely helpful and professional. A big shout out to David the fitter who is excellent.

We’ve used CK Carpets twice. Richard came to measure and quote, and his customer service is excellent. He is thorough and went above and beyond to ensure our bedroom carpet was fit in one large piece. The fitters were courteous and did an excellent job. Old carpets were taken away. We will definitely use CK Carpets again. Highly recommend.

Excellent, prompt service from CK carpets as usual, I have used this local company for both carpet and vinyl flooring several times and have no hesitation in recommending them. So pleased with my new kitchen floor!

First class service from start to finish. Fantastic little company. Perfectionist measuring and perfectionist finishing and fitting. All lovely people. Can't recommend highly enough. Absolutely transformed my house. Thank you.

Quality service throughout. Can’t fault anything, highly recommend the consultation and workmanship. Will certainly be coming back to Richard to continue with my flooring needs in the future!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing carpet from CK Carpets, and I must say, my experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked through their doors, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism. The entire team at CK Carpets went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction.
Thank you Claire, Richard and Dave

We were delighted with the service we received from Richard and Clare and we were advised very wisely from our initial consultation to our final selection. (CK Carpets has an excellent choice of carpeting/flooring to suit every budget.) Richard was especially helpful when it came to choice, being very knowledgeable, highly professional and extremely courteous and pleasant to deal with, providing suggestions and solutions at every stage in the process. The actual fitting of carpeting to our dining-room, stairs and landing, was trouble-free and we were very impressed by the skills and expertise of our fitters, Alan and Charlie. We are exceptionally pleased with our new carpets, the first-rate service we experienced and we cannot recommend CK Carpets highly enough.

Very happy with my experience of buying carpets from CK Carpets. From start to finish the process was made easy for me from advice in choosing my carpets through to the fitting today. The fitters were quick, professional and very helpful.
Am very happy to recommend this local company.

Exceptional service from start to end. Richard kindly helped me go through different options for new a floor in the flat and carpet choices within my budget.

The fitters were punctual, polite and did a fantastic job. Communicating well throughout what they were working on so I could work around. A big thank you to Clare who delivered the brass bars so it could be finished promptly.

I'm very happy with the finish and level of personal service. Thank you again.

Richard was very thoughtful and kind in going through the options for our rental fiat and it resulted in an excellent choice of carpets which we are thrilled with and the tenants are delighted with them too. The fitters were thoughtful and skilled and the overall experience was great. Thanks to Clare too and for the patience you both showed us.

Richard was knowledgeable and caring. Skillful and efficient fitting and delighted with the result.

My wife and I know immediately on meeting someone whether they are genuinely kind, considerate, helpful and professional.

My wife and I, after a bad experience with a popular carpet company, decided to go to a local carpet supplier, CK Carpets in Sanderstead, and there we met Richard and his wife Clare. They were as we described in our first paragraph.

It's the little things that matter to us, like being told to be careful of choosing this type of carpet or underlay because of this problem or that We listened to Richard's advice and ordered a carpet from him.

We were provided with an instant costing based on my measurements, but he insisted that he needed to check that my measurements were good ones. They were!

Today David, the fitter came to our home and carefully fitted our chosen carpet and underlay for us. Another genuinely nice guy who helped me get the bed back in to the bedroom afterwards.

We really do not know whether the cost at CK Carpets was higher or lower than at any other carpet supplier, but for the help, guidance, honesty and kindness we received from CK Carpets we would not now go anywhere else to buy our carpets.

Thank you Richard, Clare and David.
We do like nice people to help us.
