CK Carpets Anmeldelser

We have used CK Carpets for many years, they have always been extremely helpful and informative about all types of carpet and floor coverings. Their fitters have always been polite and produced excellent workmanship. We would highly recommend them as a company who is a pleasure to deal with.

Hallway carpet and underlay fitted to perfection. Great service, great efficiency. Carpet fitter David did an excellent job.

CK Carpets are absolutely excellent.
We walked into the shop/showroom on the off chance, Richard, who is the owner together with his wife, took time to explain the different types, grades and qualities of carpets and provided us with great practical advice. Richard is very knowledgeable of his industry and professional. There was no 'hard sell' and you felt comfortable looking around.
The fitting of the carpet equalled the service we received in the shop. The Carpet Fitter was polite and considerate of our property and laid the carpet beautifully. An absolute credit to his trade.
Do not waste your time looking anywhere else!

Really pleased we chose this company. We were able to pop into the store twice and met Clare and Richard. Richard spent time talking us through the options and the process was very straightforward. We got the job booked in, Tony came to do our floors and David did the carpet afterwards. Can't fault any of it, we're very pleased with the result. Definitely recommend for others in the Sanderstead/South Croydon area.

Fantastic communication, customer service and quality of product. We are so pleased with our new laminate flooring and couldn’t recommend CK Carpets highly enough!

Excellent service from start to finish and the new flooring looks great.

Wonderful company! Richard was so helpful and friendly. Great advice and an amazing floor throughout the downstairs of our house! Tony (fitter) was polite, professional and friendly. Worked so hard and achieved a beautiful flooring. So pleased we went with CK’s and happy for anyone to come and see the great floor they installed!! Thank you so much xx

Great carpet, great choice, could take samples home, really efficient, good value, really friendly service and fantastic fitting. Will definitely use again!

I cannot recommend CK Carpets enough. The shop is well set out and has a great range to choose from. Richard and Claire are so helpful, patient and friendly, offering fabulous advice and guidance. I wont go anywhere else now.

Richard and Clare were super helpful throughout the whole process, giving lots of advice and recommendations. The delivery and installation was very smooth. Couldn't be happier with the final carpets, quality is brilliant!

Excellent discussion about products. Excellent range. Very professional approach.
Brilliant fitter.
The whole experience front selection to measure to fitting could not have been better.

A great experience from the moment we set foot into the shop until the carpet was all laid for us. We had time in the shop to explore options, were given samples to consider at home which really helped us. The communication around timing was realistic and reliable. The finished job is stunning. We are happy and can't stop commenting on our lovely carpet :)

I recently used CK Carpets and was genuinely blown away by their service. The customer care was absolutely amazing — friendly, personal, and miles ahead of anything I’ve experienced before.
I’ve always gone to the large, well-known carpet chains in the past, but after dealing with CK Carpets, I will only ever be using them going forward! The attention to detail, the personal touch, and the way they truly value their customers makes all the difference. They even organised to get the carpet to be delivered and fitted earlier as my building work had been completed.
I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough. A fantastic experience from start to finish!

Both Chris and Danny were very pleasant, polite, tidy and helpful. A great job thank you guys and will happily recommend

A great selection of carpets presented by a very patient and knowledgeable team who measured our stairs and landing then fitted the carpet perfectly. An excellent team who were friendly and punctual- we are delighted with our new carpet!

Richard and Clare were an absolute joy to deal with, nothing was too much trouble. With their knowledge of their products and close relationship with their fitters, I felt confident in their ability to provide an excellent service. I would highly recommend CK Carpets and the best thing is that they are a local company and you can talk to real people

I cannot recommend this family-run carpet company highly enough! From start to finish, the service was outstanding. They were warm, professional, and genuinely cared about getting everything just right. The attention to detail was incredible – every corner and edge has been finished perfectly, and the quality of the carpet is superb.

What really stood out was how personal the whole experience felt. You can tell they take great pride in their work, and it shows in the final result. My home feels completely transformed – the rooms look brighter, fresher, and so much more inviting.

It’s rare these days to find a company that combines such excellent craftsmanship with true family values and exceptional customer service. If you’re looking for carpets fitted to the highest standard, this is the team to trust. I’m absolutely delighted with the results and will be recommending to friends & family. Thank you!

What a good experience, from the survey to the final laying of the Utility Room floor tiles, and matching beautifully in with the Kitchen tiles. The job was done quickly and cleanly and with politeness. Couldn’t have wished for any more! Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic service! Second time using CK Carpets to fit carpet for us. Once again we are delighted not just with the finished fitting, but also the professionalism and communication throughout. Richard was very knowledgeable and helpful with the measuring up, and our fitter David was not just a pleasure to have working in the house, but is also an absolute master of his craft. If you want a top quality service from people who care - look no further. Brilliant local business who are very deserving of your custom.

CK Carpets supplied us recently both with a carpet and with an Amtico floor for our kitchen. Throughout, they were helpful and communicative; those who fitted the carpet and floor were friendly and professional and they went out of their way to make sure that we were happy. We took our time choosing and never felt rushed in the least. We paid lots of visits to the shop and were always warmly received! We recommend them highly; it is good to support a local business and we won't look elsewhere in future.
