CK Carpets Anmeldelser

We went to CK Carpets' shop to look at carpets for our stairs. Richard was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We were not sure what we wanted and Richard gave us a range of options as well as letting us borrow a number of carpet samples in different colours and textures to take home. Richard came to measure the stairs and was very diligent and explained how the runners would work on the stairs etc. We subsequently had a team come to measure the template for the carpets and then fit the carpets a few weeks later. We are really happy with the new carpet, it looks brilliant. The team were all professional and came at the agreed date and time. I would recommend CK Carpets and will use them for other rooms in our house.

Freindly and efficient service from start to finish
Clare provided advice concerning the best type and style of carpet to suit my needs and Richard provided advice on how best to prepare the room when he came to measure up.
CK Carpets were also very flexible when I had to push back the date the carpet was laid due to unforseen circumstances.
CK Carpets were recommended to me by a friend and I would definitely use their srevices again and recommend them to others

Excellent service and installation from start to finish! Great knowledge and experience from Richard, who advised me what would be best for a recent project. I felt I received unbiased advice from the outset along with a high quality installation. I will be using CK Carpets again in the future and I have recommended them to many family and friends already.

Fabulous, helpful service. Very happy with the help given by Richard and in the professional fit carried out. Such care was taken with our woodwork and furniture. Very pleased we chose a local firm for our carpet and will return when we move onto the next project!

So pleased with our new carpet. Wanted patterned and once I found one I liked on line CK carpets managed to order for me. David the fitter was very professional and has done an amazing job. Thankyou all

I bought a carpet from CK Carpets for my stairs, landing and 2 double bedrooms. I’m really pleased with the price and quality. The carpet fitters have done a lovely job and didn’t leave any mess. They worked hard and I will definitely use CK Carpets in the future

I have never done a review, but I felt that I wanted to about C K Carpets In Sanderstead. They fitted a stair carpet and vinyl flooring in our kitchen. From the day Richard came to give us a quote to the two men who carried out the fitting, everything went so smoothly. Very professional and friendly. So much so that we have now decided to get a quote for flooring in our bathroom.

Richard and Clare were so unbelievably helpful throughout the whole process. They answered all questions we had and were so accommodating with us and our timeline for our house (which changed several times). Would not hesitate to recommend CK Carpets to anyone and would 100% use them again! Thank you for making the whole process seamless!

Richard and the team at CK Carpets provided a great service from start to finish at a great price and the result is excellent. Having looked to them for a 2nd quote, we were taken by their advice, recommendations and the overall cost they quoted that they were the clear winner for our fitting. Claire & Richard provided quality advice on the type of carpets we should fit in the various rooms that wasn’t provided by the other company. They have even agreed to provide mats with the offcuts to protect areas with lots of wear. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them as a quality business

This is a proper family business with proper personal, friendly service. My experience was excellent from start to finish, with great advice on both carpet and vinyl options, through to a professional and great fitter who hoovered up afterwards! There was no sales pressure, just plenty of time to consider options and a genuine desire to find the right flooring for me.

I am delighted with the results. A friend recommended them to me, and I will totally be recommending them to others.

Excellent team from choosing to the fitting everything was great and on time, will definitely use them again

No issues at all. Good quality product with friendly service. Straightforward to deal with and would happily use again!

CK Carpets remain our go-to provider for all things flooring! The service they offer is knowledgeable, flexible and super-efficient. Highly recommended.

Brilliant service Richard and Claire were so helpful in helping me choose my Amtico flooring even letting me take home a couple of large samples for me to decide, a big thank you to Tony who laid the floor excellent job and so quick, I would certainly recommend this company.

Excellent service. Really pleased with our stairs and hall carpet.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Clare and Richard were extremely helpful. Floor looks brilliant and was laid very well. Can’t fault these guys and will definitely use again in the future!!

Excellent service from choosing the carpet, to measuring up and then fitting. We had a runner up our stairs and carpet on landing. When Richard came to quote he gave some really useful information to ensure the finish was good. David the fitter did a wonderful job and made a professional finish. He worked really hard and didn’t rush to finish. I can honestly say there is not one negative thing I can say. I would definately recommend CK Carpets and will be using them again in the future.

As a local business , it was great to deal with the Owners directly . They were attentive, helpful and guided us to the product that we wanted . Finished job exceeded our expectations , their fitter was first class.

It was a complete pleasure buying from this lovely local business. They gave us plenty of time to think and choose the right carpet and booked us in quickly once we ordered.
Really happy with the 2 rooms we had done, the carpet looks and feels great! we’ll definitely be back again.
Thank you Paul & Nina

CK Carpets are a friendly and professional company, who took a lot of trouble and care in advising us over quite a considerable time until we finally decided which type and style of floor we wanted.

The use of computer graphics to show how the floor would look when installed was very helpful indeed.

The fitters themselves were polite, friendly and highly competent.

Our experience with CK Carpets was excellent from start to finish and we would highly recommend them!
