CK Carpets Anmeldelser

Amazing customer services throughout and so accomodating for all of our needs (even keeping out carpet with them for a long time until we were ready!)
We are so so pleased with our end result. Thank you so much Claire and Rich and Dave!

The installers were very accommodating and helpful. They were neat, hard-working and showed up on time as promised. They have done an excellent job and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

The most trustworthy guys. Great carpets and great service. Highly recommend

We have recently used CK Carpets to supply and fit new stairs and landing carpet and will also be providing and fitting Amtico flooring in our hall in a few weeks. From the very outset, the service and guidance provided by Richard and Clare has been excellent and their knowledge and experience has guided us in making the perfect choices on some great flooring. Also a shout out for Dave who fitted our stairs and landing carpet and did an exceptional job. We have been really delighted with the team at CK Carpets and would unreservedly recommend their services to all. First rate and 5-stars 👍

Really helpful and considerate local business. The staff were great in the shop with my daughter suggesting different options and showing her what her new carpet would be like. We took samples home and the staff who installed were really careful. Our new carpets are absolutely beautiful! Very pleased with the whole experience.

A truely professional & friendly service working around our needs. The carpet fitters Sean & Brad were very careful & did an excellent job. Happy to use them again in the future

Great service from Richard at CK Carpets who came to our home on more than one occasion to give advice on having Amtico herringbone fitted. This is the second time we’ve used CK Carpets and I would recommend. The fitter was polite, clean and tidy & very helpful and I will use again.

Excellent service and advice . The fitters were extremely polite and helpful.

From initial enquiry to laying of new carpet very impressed with service. Layers were very helpful and ensured entire area was left hoovered before handing over.
Throughly impressed with company credit to all staff.

Great service from Richard and Clare and their fitters. Really helpful advice on choosing both carpets and hard floors, fitters are quick, clean and tidy, and really good support from Richard in helping coordinate getting hard floor fitted with completing building works. Highly recommended!

Excellent service and communications from sale to installation. Knowledgeable advice on products to help us select the best carpet.
Lead times as promised with phased install agreed allowing us to move rooms around/redecorate before the next install. Thanks!

I’d highly recommend CK carpets. They have a good wide range of flooring. We bought a carpet for our stairs and landing. We were given good advice, there was a high level of customer service & the fitters did a great job. Would definitely use them again.

Excellent service from start to finish - helpful, knowledgable, friendly and polite. So very pleased with our end result - would definitely recommend them.

Richard and Clare were extremely helpful during our first visit to completion. Their advice re Amtico helped us make a decision, plus they have a number of samples to choose from at their their very organised showroom.

Tony their experienced hard floor fitter was reliable and organised! A pleasure to have in our home..

I would definitely recommend CK Carpets and we are delighted with our recent Amtico floor fitting.

Great service, professional and friendly, and we are very happy with our new carpet. I would highly recommend CK Carpets.

A lovely firm to deal with. Professional, knowledgeable and helpful, all with a “local business” touch. Richard and Clare a pleasure to deal with and the fitter, Tony, did a superb job on a beautifully finished Amtico kitchen floor.

The service we've received from Clare and Richard has been second to none, from helping with our initial enquiry through to the carpets being fitted. We will certainly be coming back for further flooring needs in the near future. Highly recommend!

We were extremely pleased and satisfied with the stellar customer service we received and wide choice from CK Carpets of Sanderstead and will definitely use them again should the need arise. Their prices are also very competitive and they were so helpful and interested in our making the right selection for our new stair carpet which was later highly professionally and speedily fitted. Thank you!
