Very slow, poor communications and follow up
We were recommended to use this company but I was very disappointed by the communications and service.
The house sale was very straightforward. No chain and sale to a first time buyer. No issues brought up in the survey, yet the offer was accepted on March 4 and sale completed on July 24. I had to constantly chase progress.
I don’t know why process took so long. We were not informed of any issues.
Very disappointed.

CJCH Solicitors were fantastic!!
CJCH Solicitors were fantastic. It was my first solo house-buying process, which felt both intimidating and overwhelming, but the team really took the stress out of the situation and were there at every step to explain and to chase where needed. They eased any anxieties I had throughout and went above and beyond to look after me and my sale. Big shout out to Helen, Theresa, and the team on my sale in particular!

I cannot recommend Chloe highly enough. She has represented me throughout my family court proceedings since 2025.
From the very beginning, Chloe has been extremely patient, understanding and supportive. She always took the time to listen, explain things clearly and help me feel reassured throughout the process.
Thanks to Chloe’s guidance and hard work, the outcome of my case has been positive.
I will always be incredibly grateful for everything she has done for me and my family.
I would wholeheartedly recommend Chloe to anyone needing a compassionate, professional and supportive solicitor.
Thank you, Chloe, for everything.

I couldn’t recommend CJCH solicitors for their conveyancing services highly enough. Nia and Rebecca were very professional, approachable and knowledgeable. They helped me through a sale and a complex purchase. They offered advice and answered questions throughout the process giving me confidence and assuaging anxieties. I am very grateful and I don’t hesitate to recommend them. A note about the onboarding team who were also very helpful and prompt in their responses.

Property Conveyancing
We had Amelia Hunt acting on our behalf with our property sale and purchase. What an incredible solicitor she is. She was thorough and professional through out the entire process. She was always quick to respond to calls and emails and resolved our concerns swiftly. Selling our property wasn't easy but she made the process calm and took all the stress away from us. We couldn't have asked for a better solicitor to act on our behalf and the fact she's still a trainee is mind blowing. She has an incredible career ahead of her. She's an asset to CJCH Solicitors. Thank you so much Amelia!

Staircasing
CJHC solicitors represented us when we staircased to 100% ownership of our house.
Communication was always very quick and efficient and although our seller's solicitors seemed very incompetent and therefore delayed the process unnecessarily we felt that CJHC were very professional and supportive.
