We had an amazing experience with CJCH Solicitors from start to finish when selling our property and buying our new home 🏡. Nia and Rebecca were both so friendly, helpful and approachable throughout the whole process. They were always happy to answer any questions we had and took the time to talk things through whenever we needed them. Communication was excellent, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. We would 100% recommend CJCH Solicitors and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any future conveyancing. Thank you both for making the whole process so much easier! ❤️

Nia and Rebecca were fantastic throughout the process , we have used cjch on two occasions and I can't recommend enough, selling and buying took around 9 weeks from start to finish, very professional and kept us informed throughout , if your looking for stress free process use CJCH

I recently had to go through the unenviable task of selling my childhood home after my mother passed away. I have to say I was a little daunted at first but the team at the Caerphilly branch guided me all the way. They were all super friendly and put me at ease.
Special thanks to Leanne who was dealing with my case. She answered all my emails swiftly and her friendly approachable manner made the process so much better than I’d imagined.

We have just completed on buying our forever home using Nia and her assistant Rebecca, the two of them have been absolutely amazing. The sale has been a complicated one and thanks to Nia and Rebecca they made it happen. They kept us informed all the way and were always so quick to reply to any queries.
I would 10000% recommend using Nia and Rebecca to anyone who wishes to deal with form of property law.

Excellent service from Kimberley L at CJCH Solicitors

I recently used CJCH Solicitors for the sale of a property with Kimberley L handling the conveyancing.

Throughout the process, Kimberley was professional, efficient, approachable and extremely responsive. She kept me well informed, dealt promptly with queries and ensured that everything progressed as smoothly as possible.

Even when unexpected complications arose towards completion, Kimberley remained proactive and focused on getting the transaction over the line.

I particularly appreciated her clear communication, attention to detail and reassuringly efficient approach.

An excellent service from start to finish. My thanks to Kimberley and the team at CJCH. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Cannot recommend this company enough.. Outstanding communication would definitely use again.
Thanks to Theresa our move went smoothly, so friendly but professional.

Recently used CJCH Solicitors during the of sale of my home and had a great experience. Special mention to Alix Wilmot who kept me informed throughout the whole process from start to finish, she always maintained efficiency throughout and was happy to answer or explain any questions I had to keep the process stress free for us.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend using CJCH to others would without a doubt use their services again.

We have just moved house in Brixham and were recommended to CJCH by our estate agents was a little skeptical at first due to their location. However this never presented any problems. The staff are attentive to all of your questions these were:

Samantha Manuel
Conveyancing Team Lead
Assisted by Leanne Davies

The turnaround on any questions you had was excellent, and thoroughly professional as we were buying a house built in 1850.

They were really excellent and worthy of an excellent review, thank you to all involved in our case.

Sarah & Jay

Alix Wilmot did the conveyancing for our house move. She was fantastic from start to finish. We do not live near the offices but communication was superb both over email and phone. Very happy.

CJCH solicitors did my conveyancing for my house sale and purchase. I relocated 60 miles west as a single parent with my 4 children. Needless to say, it was a stressful time for us as a family. Anna Smith acted on all legal matters for us and provided an excellent service. Anna went over and above providing me with thorough research on the purchase property, more than I have a ever received during a house purchase before. Anna responded to every email within the hour and even surprised me with replying out of hours.
Anna worked seamlessly in collaboration with my estate agent (Watkins estate agents) and together they provided a force to be reckoned with, particularly as the chain proved to be more complex than we had initially thought it would be.
As a company, CJCH solicitors was a good choice as although I was moving from Blackwood and started with the Blackwood branch, there was also an office in Swansea so I could access that to sign paperwork after I had moved out of the area.
Thank you CJCH solicitors and Anna in particular! Highly recommend

Avoid unless you got deep pockets
Caerphilly branch gave my wife poor advice from the outset.
She told our daughter
She was rushed into making a statement.
At no time was she advised a court case was impending.
She was not contacted
No one from the firm followed up regarding procedure
No one from.the firm represented her at the hearing.
Only evidence was from the respondent
End result it was farcical and thrown out by the presiding Judge.
It was so extreme and exceptionall that the Judge was happy to follow through to charge my wife's cost of the respondents barrister £1,500.
Which was turned down by respondent.
Amateurish, childlike , incompetent
Avoid ,Avoid, avoid unless you got deep pockets

I went with CJCH for my recent sale and purchase.
Theresa and Helen were fantastic throughout the process and very prompt with reply’s. Highly recommend. Thank you

Our experience with CJCH was smooth and very efficient from start to finish.
Over the past 4 months Harnish, Sarah and Amelia kept in regular contact, keeping us informed of the progress of the sale of our home.
The exchange of contracts went perfectly.
We are so delighted with the service they provided.

Kimberley was very helpful guiding me through the process. When i had a question about what was expected i got a very helpful and swift response. The process from begining to end was very straight forward and would very highly recommend thier services. Thanks Kimberley 👍

We went with our housing association recommendation for a staircasing case. Although it took a bit of time to kick things off, the team appointed at CJCH were professional and helpful through out the conveyancing process. All the delays and set backs were coming from the landlord's side, and ultimately, our lender too, and on these occasions CJCH solicitors were chasing for us and keeping us updated.
Special thanks to Sarah Evans and Emily Harding at the Bridgend branch, who were working in our case.

Picked on recommendation of landlord to buy retirement flat and always dealt with by email and phone due to distance. Accepted and worked around my lack of faith and poor ability with tech. Long period of nine months due to collapse of initial offer to buy our house, always attentive to details.

We used CJCH for a sale and purchase. Kimberley was incredible throughout, our initial purchase had a lot of complicated issues to which Kimberley tried so hard to sort out and make sure the purchase was right for us. Unfortunately, there were too many issues. We quickly found another property and Kimberley managed to get it through with a very tight deadline, ensuring everything was done correctly but in a timely manner. If it wasn’t for Kimberley, we wouldn’t have found the issues with our first purchase and we wouldn’t have found our dream house. Kimberley always found the time to reassure us and make us feel comfortable. Highly recommend.

I used this company for a will, they were great to work with, very polite, friendly and professional at doing the job for me, no complaints whatsoever. I would recommend them to anyone

We were very excited and nervous second time buyers. Leanne Davies, the Conveyancing Assistant, was very patient with us and always provided help when needed, and was prompt with her replies. Thank you Leanne.
