I’d say this to anyone thinking about having the procedure, go and check it out in person. Speak to the doctor, get a feel for the place yourself. It really does make a difference.

I'll be honest, at the start I was a bit cautious. But since the clinic is really close to where I work, I thought I might as well just book a consultation and see for myself. I met Dr Mohamed and the team, and after that I just had a really good feeling about the place.
On the day itself, everything went really smoothly. The whole team made me feel comfortable and properly looked after from start to finish. It didn’t feel rushed at all, which was something I was a bit worried. If anything, it felt like they really take their time and care about doing things right.

Now I’m in the recovery stage and everything seems to be going as planned. I’ve already gone through the shedding phase, and so far it all looks exactly how they said it would. The aftercare has been really solid as well. I’ve had regular follow-ups and check-in calls.

Overall, I’m really glad I went to see them in person instead of just relying on what I read online. It made the decision a lot easier, and so far I’m really happy I went ahead with it.

My entires hair transplant experience from the consultation to the surgery was next to none. I was a bit anxious on the day of the surgery but Dr Mohamed explain everything to me step by step. The team around me were professional and organised. Jay , took pictures using the latest Ai machine. He assured me that everything will be fine . It’s been 3 weeks now and my family have noticed my hair growth. Also, the deal was great , pay a deposit and apply for the remaining on finance which was 0%. This was so helpful and the application process was done online and it was such an easy process . I will recommend anyone for hair transplant at Citi Clinics as it’s , affordable , professional and an amazing deals as it contains 3 Free PRP which altogether is worth nearly £1150. I even received a courtesy call the next day from Jay and Dr Mohamed to check if I’m doing well. The doctor even gave me his personal number should I require to contact him if any issues arises. The email contained a post operation procedures and I was even given a hard copy of what to do and what not to do post procedure. It was not a complicated process . Extra spray, bandages and anticeptic wipes was given post operation . The receptionist was so helpful and she populated my health form before I even arrived and I completed the remaining questions . She clarified part of the form I was not sure about . She doubled check with her manager and it was clarified . On the way to the surgery room she asked me how I was feeling and I said I was a bit nervous but she reassured me that I am in good hands . She was right , I never felt so comfortable during such a long surgery which started 9.30 and ended at around 3pm. I was even offered blanket during the surgery and it was a bit chili and calm music was played to keep myself calm . Well done for the great job . What a team . Keep up the good work. The place was clean and very high class and free lunch was provided . On the day of surgery pre operation ,Jay asked me if I have any allergy prior purchasing my lunch which was so considerate . I don’t often leave reviews. But I feel these guys deserve it after my second FUE hair transplant with City Clinics.
I had my first hair transplant with City Clinics about six years ago (only to the front receding parts of my hairline – with fantastic results btw!) but unfortunately genetics & getting old sucks and as such, I started losing my hair in the middle and on the crown!

My second transplant: I will say… I did shop around and found cheaper quotes or similar prices to City Clinics but I just found the others to be far too pushy with their sales and demanding deposits “before the price goes up”! I also read reviews on the cheaper ones, and they are generally Hair Mills (several patients in one day and inexperienced technicians), and just the general consensus is that they want your money as soon as possible!

City Clinic’s on the other hand were very relaxed, no pushy sales, no demanding deposits and no deadline dates! Jey for City Clinics was great… he reassured me on all aspects detailed pre-and post up guidelines and was always on hand for any questions at any time prior and post op. The surgeon Dr Mohamed was also great, very friendly and had time for you (pre and post op too). Both great guys and very down to earth… you are the only one having the procedure on the day so their attention is fully undivided on you. The girls helping the procedure were welcoming and lovely too, always checking on you to see if you were okay. I travelled from Sheffield to London for this and planned on travelling back to Sheffield – Jey kindly arranged accommodation for me on the day which was great (and needed)!

This is your body remember and it’s how you look (its whole reason you are doing it for)!

Price over quality not quantity - If it’s too good to be true, it probably is! 😊

Biggest regret of my life letting this useless compant touch my hair!

I underwent my FUE procedure yesterday with Dr. Mohamed, and I can genuinely say the entire experience was exceptional from start to finish.

The clinic’s facilities—including the surgical suite, offices, and reception—are truly state-of-the-art. Dr. Mohamed and the two technicians demonstrated a high level of skill and professionalism, ensuring I remained comfortable and well-informed throughout the procedure.

What particularly impressed me was that Dr. Mohamed was present for the entire surgery. Having the lead surgeon personally oversee every step provided an added level of confidence and reassurance.

For anyone considering a hair transplant, I would wholeheartedly recommend City Clinics on Harley Street. Their expertise, care, and overall standard of service are outstanding.

My experience with City Clinics has been incredible. From my initial consultation, to the procedure itself and the recovery/aftercare, the support and guidance has been fantastic. I am now at Day 12 post op and the support and guidance on aftercare treatment has been amazing. I have been contacted most days to check in on how I am doing and encouraged to do so myself to see how recovery/aftercare is going. Any questions I have had have been answered promptly and in detail. I am already so happy with the results and excited to continue my experience with City Clinics over the coming months. Dr Mo was very friendly and professional, addressed all my needs. The staff was really courteous and put me at ease throughout the procedure. My hair took a while to grow but eventually my hairline was restored and my confidence was finally back. I would 100% recommend city clinics for your hair needs.

Gentlemen, I had a hair transplant I think 5 years ago, and whenever I see this clinic on Instagram, I want to ban it but I don't know how. The worst experience in my life, after the transplant I had 3 more at another clinic, to restore what the Doctor had damaged, in 2024 I left a feedback but they flagged it as bad language, every year I will leave a feedback to inform people not to go to this clinic.

This place is awful. The Doctor was absent for a large part of the surgury, the HT was done by technicians who were clearly not skilled enough to do it. They completely butchered my hair and the doctor signed off on the final result. I’m now left scarred. Clearly they don’t care and don’t know what they’re doing.

You’re dealing with people’s lives here, if you care so little, then you should pick another career. Now I have to fly to Turkey to fix this mess.

Edit: They’re now claiming, they don’t remember me. I’ve looked on their website and its definitely that place. I may have mixed up the date.

Consultation & Preparation: The initial consultation was thorough, where the doctor explained the entire process in detail. They took the time to assess my hair loss pattern and recommended the best treatment option. I felt reassured and well-informed about what to expect.

Procedure: The day of the procedure was surprisingly comfortable. The clinic was clean and well-organized, with friendly staff who made me feel at ease. The hair transplant itself was relatively painless thanks to local anesthesia, and the doctor was meticulous in ensuring every graft was placed correctly. I appreciated the attention to detail and the fact that the doctor took time to ensure the hairline would look natural.

Recovery & Aftercare: The recovery process was smoother than anticipated. I followed the aftercare instructions carefully, and the staff was available for any questions post-surgery. There was some initial swelling and mild discomfort, but it was manageable. Within a week, I started noticing the hair growing in.

Great experience from start to finish. From my original consultation up to the day of the procedure, the consultation was done via video call because of my current location but I could communicate well with the Jey and Subz and made me feel comfortable on the day of the surgery. The procedure was very well done with care by the surgeons, who took time to plan the result with me before the procedure started. The 2 technicians who looked after me Genya and Fouzia were great. They looked after me well and included lunch for my break, also gave me aftercare products with a daily plan on how to treat my transplant to aid healing process. I always felt comfortable whilst in the room and made my experience enjoyable. Currently seeing good improvements already 2 months post-treatment and can’t wait to see the end results.

I’ve got to say the moment I had a consultation from Dr Mohamed at city clinics in Sheffield there was no going back once I went in for the hair transplant his whole team, Jey the 2 technicians Jenya and Fouzia just made me feel so relaxed and made my day easy and so comfortable that I fell asleep during transplant. My aftercare been brilliant too. Had regular follow up and due to have my 3rd prp once booked in. Negative thing about the place is Parking was difficult. But the team took good care of my needs.
