Doctor Mohammed and the team were absolutely amazing they was helpful friendly and helped me with any questions and the results were absolutely amazing highly recommended them and would return for any other treatments

I am over 12 months into my FUE. I can’t believe I put it off. Dr Mo and his team are absolute professionals. I work in the medical field so will inevitability look at other medical interventions with a greater degree of scrutiny. Dr Mo fills you with confidence and his team are very hardworking. Amazing results and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the clinic to others.

I had a procedure which was arranged through Hair Medics (presumably who look after sales/marketing for Dr Mo).

The procedure was carried out at City Clinics in Kensington. I was informed by Hair Medics to arrive at 8am and double checked this a few days before my procedure.
On the day, I arrived at 8am and the clinic was closed. I was nervous about the procedure so I had arrived in the area an hour early to settle my nerves at a nearby coffee shop. I got in touch with Hair Medics who said "contact this number", which I did, and was told to return at 9am. This admin error caused me to become even more nervous and I had to return to the coffee shop to sit and wait for another hour - not great. (Hair Medics pre-op notes stated tea or coffee was fine before the procedure, I later found out coffee was a bad idea and caused me to bleed a lot).

I was informed by Hair Medics that I would be in from 8am-12pm, and had made plans to be collected at that time. Once I had arrived again at 9am I double checked with City Clinics staff and they were shocked to hear this, and informed me I would be there for the entire day - I had to change my plans at short notice to get collected at the correct time.

The clinic itself was nice, and Dr Mo and his team of technicians were great. The procedure was great and I felt well looked after. It would've been nice to have had some words of reassurance during certain parts - I was nervous as I'd never had an op of any kind and I bled out quite a lot - had to ask the tech's several times if everything was okay as I was getting anxious about things but they were lovely.

Overall I am very happy with the procedure itself, but the admin around arranging the procedure and the guidance given by Hair Medics was quite poor in retrospect.

I had a hair transplant in November 2020 and was very pleased before, during, and after the procedure.
They made me feel as ease whilst having it done and I didn't feel much to my surprise.
Since having the transplant I can see great results so far and I am looking forward to the end result.
Overall I would highly recommend Dr Mohammed and he's team, very professional, polite, and helpful or any questions I had.

I couldn’t recommend a place to AVOID anymore!!!

Once they take your money and give you a botch hair transplant they ignore all your calls and texts.
Ive sent multiple messages over the months to have No reply what so ever….

Avoid this place at all costs, I now have a hairline which is completely off.

They constantly lie and try and pass the blame onto other people once you do get through on the phone, so pointless calling!

I got quoted 3500 grafts and received ALOT LESS!

I’m now going through small claims to try and get them to actually reply

I had a hair transplant at this clinic and I can’t recommend it enough.
From the communication, to the finish was second to none.
Dr Mohammed and his team were fantastic from the consultation until completion. I was made to feel very comfortable and constantly asked how I was feeling. Any questions were answered there and then.
The clinic itself is lovely, spotless, very clean and comforting.
The honesty of what outcome I could achieve was exactly what I wanted to hear as I wouldn’t want to be promised something that can’t happen. The whole team from the receptionist, to the nurses, to the surgeons were brilliant. Very kind, chatty and very professional.
Great price for what you receive aswell.

10/10 service and I can’t recommend enough. If you want a hair transplant look no further!

I had a hair transplant on the 15th Dec, I am super happy with the results so far. The staff at the clinic at Dr Mo were so friendly and made me feel at ease throughout. I was given Dr Mo’s WhatsApp and email address for any queries I had. He replies very quickly and it is comforting to know there is a professional only a message away. Overall experience was excellent I would 100% recommend. Just can’t wait to see the results!! :)

I had 3000 graft transplant in Aril 2021, I was more than happy with the advice and procedure that I received. His team were all very professional and after 8 months I have good results, I have had direct contact with Dr Mohamed since my transplant when I have had a few questions on my recovery and he has been really helpful. I will be soon be booking a second transplant for the crown area and I have recommended City Clinics to many friends already.

I got a hair transplant at city clinics in February and I have to say I’m really happy with the results. I feel a lot more confident because of the treatment because it has worked so well. City clinics is a great choice for this treatment as the results are fantastic at a fair price and the Doctor and staff are really professional and make you feel relaxed. I highly recommend this clinic.

Now exactly one month on from a 2,200 graft hair transplant I seem to be following the usual phases for growth and then shedding, so now waiting for the permanent hairs to come through. Felt nervous on the day but reassured when I met Dr Mo and the technicians. The price I paid was quite reasonable and it’s helpful to be able to contact the Doc any time you have queries.

Also a shout out to the two lovely technicians who did such a good job, and also keeping my mind preoccupied throughout the procedure.

Edit: it’s now 3 months to the day of having my hair transplant. After the initial 2 month “ugly duckling” phase my hair is really starting to push through and thicken. I’ve been using rogaine for about a month as well. Its enough to look natural even at this early stage. I can’t wait to see it develop over the next 9 months.

Absolutely over the moon with my results, they make dreams come true here!! Dr. Mohamed is very professional and friendly and all the technicians are friendly, swift and accurate with their work and they all made me feel very comfortable.

I got a 2500 hair graft transplant in Feb 2021 and am very pleased with the results some 8 months on. I can now style my hair as if I was 18 again!
On the day I found all the staff calming and informative about the procedure and the operation went quite quickly.
Dr Mo was very good at coming back to me quickly on text with any follow up questions I had.
I would recommend City Clinics and plan to have my crown area done with them in 2022.

Great experience for a hair transplant.

Nice friendly staff and very professional. The procedure didn’t take too long and the results were clear a few months in. I’ve recommended 4 more friends who are over the moon.

I had a FUE procedure at the Sheffield clinic in June with Dr Mohamed. I was made to feel comfortable throughout and explained thoroughly. Fast forward 4 months the results are already amazing & progressing rapidly. I would highly recommend using City Clinics Group for their professional approach & guidance in after care procedure to ensure optimum results. The first 3 months after are slow going, but well worth the patience for anyone considering this treatment.

I did two hair transplants and paid 4,200£ but the density is much less than the number they were supposed to plant and anyone can see my scalp !! Then I went to the clinic and they said we accept that it is a low density but there is nothing we can do !!! Then I decided to complain about this clinic and I started it, it does not matter to me whether others come to this clinic or not, I just wrote my own experience and my goal was to inform others

So I'm 5months In to my hair transplant now and I can honestly say the results so far are absolutely brilliant I cannot fault the clinic I would definitely recommend this clinic 100%

I had a hair transplant procedure arranged through Harley Street Healthcare.The ‘patient advocate’ gave misleading information - including claiming that the doctor would be present throughout the procedure (even going so far as to tell a story supporting this). In reality, the doctor was present only part of the time - with the vast bulk of the procedure carried out by technicians. The sales tactics with regard to pricing seems misleading and the sales tactics including borderline inappropriate attempts at emotional manipulation.

I was mostly happy with the procedure itself - and the technicians were mostly professional friendly, and did a good job. I did have a graft not fully removed from the donor area but this wasn’t too much of a big deal. I appreciated that the doctor made himself available, in case I had any questions following the procedure. With regard to the building - the location of the place of the procedure seems a little questionable from the outside, but inside it is clean and of a high standard, and the receptionist staff are very friendly. I’m overall more happy than not with the result of the procedure, and as time goes on, the appearance continues to improve.

If you’re thinking of getting a procedure done - think carefully and do your research.

I started to lose my hair and recede quite considerably during my mid to late 20s. I decided to get this procedure done at age 29 after trying many other forms of hair loss treatments which just didn’t work.

I had my procedure for 3500 grafts done by Dr Mohammed and his team in the Kensington clinic back in January.

On the day of procedure, I had an initial consultation with Dr Mo who discussed the details of the procedure for the day before designing the new hair line and marking out the areas to be worked on. Then they shave your head and begin the anaesthetic injections before starting the extraction phase. This took about 45 minutes to an hour with two technicians carrying this out. Dr Mo would return every so often before carrying out the incision and implantation phase himself. It’s not the most comfortable of days but it was no where near as painful as I had thought it would be. Afterwards they bandaged me up and had a final consultation with Dr Mo who gave me my prescriptions and medical information for recovery.

Now 8 months on, I’m beyond happy with my results. My hairline, and fullness of my hair is now what it was from when I was 20 years old. It’s given me so much more confidence and a renewed lease on life quite frankly.
I would highly recommend this procedure if you are unhappy about losing your hair.
