Our love of a good cup of tea has not only led to us starting the Cheshire Tea Company, but it's now also winning us prestigious awards. We were delighted to receive three stars at the Great Taste Awards 2015 for our Mint Chocolate Rooibos, as well as one star each for our Cheshire Breakfast, Cherry Sencha, and Lapsang Souchong teas. The Great Taste Awards are held in high esteem by the food and drink industry, so to think that what stemmed from a school project many moons ago, to become a successful business with this accolade is amazing. We're even the Hairy Bikers tea of choice. Founded by best friends Phil and Paul, we've set out to really throw ourselves in to our creations that will indulge our country's tea drinkers. And there's a lot of you out there, drinking 165 million cups of tea a day between you! With tea such a pivotal part of British life, we want to offer the best, which is why we ensure that all our tea leaves from all over the world, from Sri Lanka to China, are ethically sourced and selected for their utmost flavour, aroma, and taste.

I like the selection of blends that Cheshire Tea has. Rose Congou Superior and Mint Chocolate Rooibos are some of our favourites in our household.

Easy to order, poor delivery.
Easy to order, but the courier let us down. I placed the order on Thursday expecting delivery to my work address on Friday or Monday, but delivery was made on Saturday when no one was there. The package was left outside the roller doors - no wonder there was no proof of delivery picture, for nearly 48 hours.
Despite the box being damp from the rain the contents were fine. At least the tea packets were fit for purpose even if the courier wasn’t.

They couldn’t do enough to help me! No wonder they are so successful and sell out so quickly.
As well as their amazingly delicious teas they have the best customer service making it a pleasure to do business with. ***** Highly recommend x

Great products, user friendly site, timely delivery
Great products
Cheshire Tea might not have a great variety of tea (20 blends), however, their products are really of a great quality. I first tried Cherry Sencha in a Tea Room back in 2010 and fell in love with it. Was looking for that exact taste since then and found it much later, in 2023 at Cheshire Tea.
User friendly site
You can find all information about the company and products on the web-site. Very easy to navigate and order the products of your choice.
Timely delivery
Got my order within 6 days from the purchase date. Could track it from the moment of ordering up to the delivery time. No issues at all.
Will definitely purchase more products from Cheshire Tea.

The tea itself is very strong, brews up nicely, but you really do only require 1tsp per pot. Not a classic Earl Grey flavour, reminded me of Earl Grey and lavender. But delicious.
Going back for the breakfast tea next month.
