If you like a dark roast then you will love the New Latin coffee. I buy the whole beans and the smell from inside the bag is wonderful but then when you grind them...perfect! Easy to order and delivered quickly. Highly recommend!

I tried a small pack of coffee beans last year from a local shop. I loved them so checked online & saw that the company offer a coffee subscription. I signed up to receive a 1kg bag every 8 weeks. It arrived really quickly & I'm really enjoying it. However, something must’ve gone wrong in the sign up process & the following week the next subscription was taken from my account. I immediately emailed Brown Bear who immediately refunded me & updated my subscription.

Since then there was a black Friday offer which I tried to add but couldn’t & again the team helped me. As it’s only me I realised I only need beans every 9-10 weeks so I’ve found changing my subscription really easy & I get a reminder a few days before payment is taken so it’s easy to keep track of.

Brown Bear Sweet Brazil coffee is the best coffee we have found for our bean to cup machine. It is really good coffee at a very reasonable cost available on a very flexible subscription.

I have ordered coffee from Brown Bear 3 times now and the quality is very good. Last time I ordered there was a long delay in the order being prepared so I contacted them. Soon I received the order which included a much bigger bag on one of the varieties I had ordered. Presumably the delay was due to a shortage of smaller bags. In the end I received 3 times as much coffee for the same price.

My order arrived very quickly with Yirgacheffe coffee beans (at a good price) which have NOT disappointed. While I think the roast is a little darker than I prefer, for a medium roast, I wouldn’t hesitate to order again

I ordered the Vietnamese highlands beans to use with my phin. Great coffee and delivery, will be buying again. The only small issue I have is no roast date on the bags.

This isn’t the same Vietnamese robusta coffee bean I had everywhere in Vietnam. You can tell by the smell. Zero chocolate.

I was buying my coffee from a local firm, but the pricing just got our of hand. I came across Brown Bear, and have to say that I was pleasantly impressed with the light roast. It makes a very satisfying cup of coffee. They occaisionally offer deals as well. All in all, I'm very impressed and will continue my subscription.

Ordered a range of coffee beans to try. Ordering was easy. Coffee beans took a little while to arrive, as one of the packs we had ordered was out of stock and I think they were waiting for it to come back into stock before despatching. However, when I contacted, they sent my coffee straight away (without the out of stock pack) and sent me a free shipping code so that I could order the final pack later and not incur delivery charges. The packs I had ordered came in two deliveries.
So far enjoying all the coffees ordered - I like both mild and strong coffees as long as not bitter. The ones I have tried have been mellow, with no bitterness and I am definitely enjoying them more than most of the makes I can purchase in the supermarket.
