Hola, hago formal mí queja e insatisfacción con el trabajo que ha venido realizando está empresa de cashconverter en España, sus artículos a pesar de ser por lo general de segunda mano no son revisados antes de presentarlos en sus páginas, están mal valorados y clasificados dando lugar a muchas quejas , devoluciones y no devolviendo el reembolso en su integridad, les he comprado un calzado de seguridad nuevo y tenían defectos de confección los devolví y me ingresaron menos dinero de lo qué costó, hago formal mí queja e inconformidad con éste echó delictivo y no recomiendo comprar en está empresa, gracias.

Purchased an item from the Finchley shop on the website, waited over a week for delivery as DHL are useless. When the item was finally delivered, the item was damaged. Emailed the Finchley as soon as I had open the box, they emailed me Monday saying they will try and pay for the damage. Up to now not heard a thing. Poor customer service, I will not be using these again, absolutely shocking.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Cash Converters. I expected a professional and reliable service, but unfortunately that was not what I received.

The way my issue was handled left me feeling frustrated and let down, particularly given the amount of money involved. I have had to spend considerable time chasing the matter and trying to get a resolution, which should not have been necessary.

I feel that my concerns were not taken seriously enough, and I expected much better communication and customer service.

I hope Cash Converters takes the time to properly investigate what happened and considers how situations like this can be handled better in the future.

Overall, this has been a very stressful and disappointing experience, and based on my experience, I would think twice before using their service again.

Bought a cheap switch console within 2 days started to have stick shift on the left joy-con both joy-cons kept sliding off during gameplay.

Gave them a second chance thinking it might have been just a fluke so went in and bought a cheap Meta Quest 2 for £99.

Struggled to charge it with any usb cable thought again cables just are not up to the task so bought an official cable at almost £60 the moment I plugged it into my PC usb 3.0 got really hot quickly unplugged it to find out Usb C port had overheated and melted.

Lost my temper and trashed the piece of junk.

Do not use this shop it is obvious the do not check the items they buy in it seems all they do is check that they turn on.

Buy items from CEX at least they do a proper check and have a 5 year gurantee.

As the old saying goes once shame on me twice shame on you three times is never going to happen.

Absolutely disgusting service provided to me today by the management team within the store. Misleading labels tricking customers into paying more vs the promo posters they placed on top of the items. Poster says £1 yet items individually priced causing confusion and when staff were approached about this they were lovely! However when escalated to management they were incredibly rude. Making staff feel like they need to apologies when they dont! Management got no guts to approach us themselves! Overall unsatisfactory experience. Wouldn't recommend due to management team. Only positive is staff that service me. The star is to him.

Standard Low IQ complaints department - They are just a sale sight. they don't see any of the products they sell and they don't inspect them. We bought a laptop completely bugged out with a non functioning battery and when we raised it with them they responded with the insulting and patronising "we're sorry you feel that way" - Stay well clear - They make ebay look like super heroes!

Brilliant customer service from the Hounslow Store, when I notified them that the item I purchased online was faulty. I received a full and prompt refund.

Cash converters, Northfield, Birmingham is an excellent store with very Helpful staff always willing to go out of their way for you. Helen is always smiling and makes you feel welcome. Darren is a very good manager and his assistant Kevin. All staff are trained to be approachable so full marks to everyone in the shop.

I just received a well-packed camera that had a hidden bent pin in the CF card socket that would not be noticed by staff. A full refund was just offered by Telford.
With over 60 cameras from CC I am very pleased with this store and their rapid response to issues.

In the mad hustle and bustle of Kilburn High Road, where the mad hustlers and General Lost Folk of London roam, is an oasis of calm in a 21st Century pornbrokers staffed by two princes among men: Mr Neal and Mr Juber.

The first is the wry philosopher who is always up for making a fair deal. He knows about cameras and chuckles quietly to himself at the 'characters' coming to the counter with their tall tales of woe.

Mr Juber, his perfect counterpoint, is an always cheerful presence whose boyish face is a joy to behold. His propensity to fist customers is both charming and a highlight of my promenades.

Both men are exemplars of professionalism, and this makes me parting with 32.5% interest on every transaction one of my very favourite past times, followed by a bucket of Sam's wings. Truly we are blessed to have such joys in North West London. Forget Kilburn Mews, Cash Converters is where the connoisseurs go.

And let's not forget Might Mo, who sadly worked at this branch for just a short period. He had the kind of patter Ali would have been jealous of, and the chutzpah of a truly enlightened being.

Give these men a pay rise - they are pillars of the community!

Extremely disappointing experience buying a £4,750 PC from Cash Converters Salisbury.

The PC was advertised as having a Ryzen 9 9950X3D2, RTX 5090, 64GB RAM, etc. I travelled approximately 3 hours each way to Salisbury specifically to purchase this machine based on the advertised specification.

After getting home, I discovered that the CPU was actually a Ryzen 9 9950X3D — not the 9950X3D2 advertised. There is a significant price difference between the two (around £300), so this was not a minor typo that had no effect on the value of the purchase.

I contacted customer services and they acknowledged that the processor did not match the specification I understood I was purchasing. However, their solution is for me to drive the entire PC back to the Salisbury store for inspection.

So after already spending around 6 hours travelling to collect a £4,750 computer because of THEIR advertised specification, I am expected to make another 6-hour round trip and spend around £80 on fuel to resolve THEIR mistake.

I understand that they need to verify the machine and serial number. That's reasonable. What I find unreasonable is having to absorb another full day of travel and the associated costs because the item was incorrectly advertised in the first place.

Cash Converters' own warranty policy states that goods must be "as described", and the Consumer Rights Act 2015 provides protections where goods do not correspond with their description.

This has been a very frustrating experience, particularly for a £4,750 purchase. I expected much better accuracy when advertising such an expensive PC and much better customer service when the error was pointed out.

If buying expensive technology from Cash Converters, check the exact specifications yourself before travelling or purchasing. Don't simply rely on the advertised listing.

Bought a guitar pedal on-line, but on delivery it was faulty. Emailed Customer Services, as there website advises, but no reply after 12 days. Looks like I'm stuck with a faulty item now. Very poor, and feel cheated.

On Friday at 3pm I bought a bait boat from cash converter Birmingham West Midlands B44 8PP, the boat was also listed on eBay and was sold on Friday evening on eBay, they cancelled my CC order to give it to the person on eBay. I thought it was a serious company, but I was wrong.
It used to be a decent company, but from what I see they don't have good reviews, I think it's going to go downhill.

Avoid the Southport (East Bank Street) branch entirely. I purchased an item online and requested a cancellation within the hour—long before any dispatch occurred.

Instead of handling a simple, routine cancellation professionally, the branch manager responded with petty, sarcastic remarks rather than actually processing it, and has since completely ignored my numerous follow-up emails to cancel the item

To make matters worse, this is the exact same store that previously shipped me a £500 damaged, completely dead piece of gear.

They completely ignore pre-dispatch cancellation rights, rely on unprofessional communication, and waste your time. Save yourself the headache and buy elsewhere.

Son of Lorraine!YOU no iv used cash converters for quick emergency cash for years , cex are soleless, your buying my things, I looked after and loved, real and never I'll kept,I don't want to part with anything but needs must,Preston cash converters today made me feel like I was scum and there to maybe pull the wool over there eyes, i went to LA and personally had the comic signed with 3 more deadpool comics, different variants, 4 hours to get bunn, and got it graded personally, iv got many but I needed money so I took days to decide which 1 al give up, "sorry can't buy it, it's fake al give u a 5iver wow , cullenn bunn and dave johnson sighed not anywhere perfectly not on the art as requested, 5 pound 98 as well , to me £1000, but £100 was my number, I was helping them helping me, they cut me off mid conversation as I was guna show photo evidence, a photograph not a phone, but this lady just moved on to next item without letting me finish, so I fout wow and never finished to show them , stereotype me !i had a real red prada bucket hat on ,that was £300 10 years ago, and cream jeans come on! , At least here me out, i am a real nice man and I say boycott that business, soleless, they are my worldly possessions, i might have Asperger's or not doesn't matter. After they take your money, your quaranty is no more valid, i bought 2 piece of 14 carat gold earrings in less than 3 months , 1 of the earrings came off, which i have already call their attention that t it might come off becaise it look like, but i was told not to worry, it wouln't but i was right. Getting there today, i was told basically there is nothing they could to because the purchase was almost 3 months. The Manager was rude asking me what i have done with the earrings like its a piece of cake that i can bit. Very poor customer service with attitude.I'm going to make a formal complaint, Via Cash converter head office and i will not stop until i get refund or exchage.

Poor poor customer service southend branch they never answer the phone only to take items and they reject after been trying to call their phone for 4days like as I speak i have been trying to the shop no answer since Tuesday one I was calling till I got into the shop only to see staff just waiting around I wonder if they hear the phone qehn it rings today I have been trying since 10am up to now on answer the phone just ring the staff they have now they realy not good at all realy very bad attitude I am now going to southchurch road new and old they really have good customer service this cash converters its becoming rubbish and reap off they really shit shit

Genuinely just had one of the best PROPER old school experiences ever of SUPERB customer service from Cash Convertors. Bought a grinder with battery. Grinder worked great, the battery wouldn't take a charge. I'd lost my receipt, contacted head office with the payment date and time and Wendy was able to tell me it was the Watford branch. Jack at the Watford branch immediately got in touch and did a partial refund to cover the cost of the battery. All done and dusted in under an hour. THATS PROPER SERVICE! Thats a genuine rarity in modern times and I can think of 1001 other companies that could learn a thing or two from these guys about what Customer Service is.
