I have been a customer at the Cash Converters Barking branch for a very long time, and to this day I still use their services. The manager and the team always treat me with respect, are fair and reliable. I would recommend this branch to everyone.

Went to Hounslow branch and saw Manager Terry. Have never been in before, got here at 4:40 and he managed to sort everything for me. Had loads of items and couldn't be more helpful. Thank you

Another good buy ,bought Apple. Watch from Pitsea shop , was a bit of an impulse buy as I expected to get a scratched face example as all of the ones advertised had this in the description but on receipr was very surprised and happy to discover this one had a virtually scratch free face , along with the original box ,,charging lead ,add in free postage by Royal Mail not the dreaded DHL so all in all no complaints

beware what is not in the pictures, it will be broke or missing, 3 of 4 power tools bought from their website for decent money were poor products with faults or well worn, tool cases had clips missing, products not fit for purpose,

I just dont like it. Problems go to the customer, profit goes to the shop. Rinse and repeat.

Not pleased with my last few purchases, I'm done. This phone is slow as hell, not fit for purpose. Sold me an effects box without a power supply, then bought it back at 40% of what i paid, I could never use it.

Loss+fail = profit.

Purchased a WEM Copycat tape reverb from Cash Converters and paid in full. However they cancelled the sale shortly after for no valid reason, although I suspect they had a better offer! They then claimed it hadn’t been tested fully! I repeatedly sent emails to Cash Converters about this issue but received no reply! This is clearly a case of breach of contract.
Not the sort of company you can trust!

Very poor service from this Cash Converters branch. I purchased an Apple Watch from them, but when I received it, it was still locked to someone else’s Apple ID, making it completely unusable. I contacted them repeatedly, probably more than 50 times, but received no proper response or support. I eventually had to involve PayPal to resolve the issue, and it took more than a month to finally get my refund. Selling an Apple Watch that is still Apple ID locked and then failing to respond to the customer is extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this branch based on my experience.

Purchased a camera from the Online shop of Romford Western Rd CC - only to have my purchase refunded almost immediately with no explanation. I emailed the store asked why my order had been refunded and got this answer -

It's a shame that I had to request an explanation in the first place but the response I received was pretty poor. Three words ??...I will think twice about buying on Cash Converters online shop again.

Great experience at Cash Converters Govan — got some silver items and a gold ring valued, quick and easy process throughout!

A special mention to Jade, a valuation team member, who was both professional and genuinely friendly during my visit. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process easy. Jade is a REAL gem!

Would definitely recommend this branch to anyone looking for good service!

Disappointing Customer Service When Returning a Faulty Item
I bought a large widescreen monitor here two weeks ago, but it quickly developed an intermittent screen flicker. I tried multiple cables to be sure, but the issue persisted. It was also sold as a specific resolution that it wasn't actually outputting.
When I brought it back, the staff initially tried to blame my cables. However, while the worker was trying to fix the resolution issue, the screen flickering started up again right in front of him.
Instead of offering a straightforward refund for a faulty item within my 30-day rights, the staff actually suggested I "sell it back to them" or take out a loan. Another staff member also felt the need to chime in, despite having no idea what the issue was. They then tried to push a different monitor on me that I didn't want.
I eventually got my refund, but I really didn't appreciate the pushy sales tactics or the suggestion that I should sell back a faulty product. It shouldn't be this difficult to get a refund for broken goods.

Conrad at cashconverters in Erdington gave a first class service

I buy a fair bit from Cash Converters, have had a couple of issues but they have been resolved, customer services are quick to reply. Deliveries are another matter...DHL are a joke, damaged items, failed to deliver, lied on their tracking and cost me 3 or 4 days work waiting for the items I have purchased...

Hola, hago formal mí queja e insatisfacción con el trabajo que ha venido realizando está empresa de cashconverter en España, sus artículos a pesar de ser por lo general de segunda mano no son revisados antes de presentarlos en sus páginas, están mal valorados y clasificados dando lugar a muchas quejas , devoluciones y no devolviendo el reembolso en su integridad, les he comprado un calzado de seguridad nuevo y tenían defectos de confección los devolví y me ingresaron menos dinero de lo qué costó, hago formal mí queja e inconformidad con éste echó delictivo y no recomiendo comprar en está empresa, gracias.

Purchased an item from the Finchley shop on the website, waited over a week for delivery as DHL are useless. When the item was finally delivered, the item was damaged. Emailed the Finchley as soon as I had open the box, they emailed me Monday saying they will try and pay for the damage. Up to now not heard a thing. Poor customer service, I will not be using these again, absolutely shocking.
