I go to Cash Coverters on the corner of Erdington High Sreet.
It is more than a second hand shop!
ALL The staff are the very best of people you would want to work with.
Always happy to help, nothing is a trouble, if they can help you they will.
Polite, lovely manners. A warm greeting with a smile.
Lovely clean shop. Top Quality items at really great prices.
I have bought and sold items here, never been a problem with anything i have bought.
It is really nice to be served by people who take the time to help.
Erdington is maybe not as nice a place to shop like it was 30 years ago.
But i would not swap this store for another.
When i shop here i shop with confidence knowing i am safe.

Well what a fabulous experience buying from this branch . Online purchase. quick response to my email query, I then purchased online . I received my tracking details super fast within a few hours . My item arrived then next day, item wrapped to an inch of its life , safe to say it arrived in great condition. Many thanks Stratford the grove London

I would not reccomend buying any form of computer from them. The Gloucester shop sold me a laptop, looked in really good condition. Got it home fired it up, ouch. Virus riddled piece of junk, took it back and they refused to give me a refund or exchange it for another machine. Absolute rip off.

I emailed in to ask before purchasing if the laptop was in Full working order with original parts ie charger etc. I was told yes. The cable to the charging port is loose and I’m worried if knocked it’ll break. No response!! Very convenient, got your money now you don’t care!!! This should have been noted as an issue and price reduced.

Ordered a digital camera online. I paid for express shipping the website states 2 - 4 days. The camera took 9 days to arrive. The store would not confirm or deny where the delay happened the only response to my email was “we will chase the courier and get back to you ” which they did not get back to me. The camera is largely as described other than being very dirty.

I ordered a purchase from converters on eBay and paid a lot of money. The order was supposed to be delivered in two days. I sent 80 messages on the eBay app, but no one responded. I canceled the order the next day. After 5 days, a message appeared saying that the order would not be canceled even though it had not been shipped. Thieves, fraudsters. I am saving myself from them. I really don't buy anything from them. Thieves, fraudsters, they didn't want to refund my money even though the package hadn't been shipped. I waited 6 days. Thieves.

The Exeter shop has always been good with me and I've done a fair bit of business over a decade, they treat my time with respect and are friendly and helpful.

I went to Hounslow cash converters and bought 2 iPhones I got at good price 1 weeks ago - I found speaker fault and went back and see the manager Terry and staff Shaun who tested and confirmed this - I got my money back on 1 and I am happy with the other phone all working very easy to deal with this honest store and will return thank you

They are ok when you compaire them to what other "competitor" pawn shops sell simlar items for cash con is cheaper. but im going to hold off a couple of stars because when you order somthing from their website it usually takes them multiple days to ackowledge it and it ends up being a good hand full of days till the courier even recieves it. i feel a company as big of cash con could do so much better with delivery speeds. i understand each store is franchised and operates slightly different but surely theres still no excuse to get an order out within a working day or 2, no?

I bought two phones now. First one, battery drained in two hours so bought it back. Second one was very scratched which is fine, and said to be all good inside, one and a half months later the iPhone 16pro wouldn’t charge and so I ran to a local shop to take a look. They plugged in a machine and found low to no voltage on the phone I gave. They said it was the motherboard.

As I needed my phone but didn’t know my way to the cash converters in brick lane without my phone and didn’t want to lose all of my saved things and data, I bought a new phone at the shop so I could transfer as much as I could before the phone died. Obviously you need your phone for everything’s now so I needed to get one.

We just about uploaded most content, but some couldn’t sent because of the fault, and the battery being drained.

I took the phone back for a refund which states 12 months with cash converters, but they refused it and tried to make it out my phone had been opened which is not true.

I have a proof of my phone being tested through the machine and they are making it SO difficult to get my £500 back. I’m absolutely appalled.

Don’t shop here.

Ordered a HomePod for next day delivery, item turned up 2 days late (Can understand that its was the delivery company) Open the HomePod to find it was packed really badly to the point it had damaged the HomePod very badly. Sent the photo's to this store and was offered a £70 pounds part refund, WHICH I AGREED TOO. (Added Email As Photo Below), Then the Manager Myles decided not to honour this offer. So i now have to wait in an extra day to return the item they broke, and waste another day, So i requested a phone call from the manager and he was very rude he's answer was report it to Head Office as we are a franchise and they will do nothing anyway. NOT A COMPANY I WOULD USE AGAIN, AND WITH XMAS ROUND THE CORNER I WOULD USE A COMPANY THAT HELPS THERE CUSTOMERS. Copy Of email On My Google Review. Please Check That.

Have replied to Cash Convertors with all the details and they didn't do anything to help, Im left out of pocket, and they just tell you to contact them to make them look as if their helping. NOT A COMPANY I WOULD USE AGAIN.

Perfect 👌 nice happy staff willing to help u offer good prices. & they don't take people's misfortune & always take ur serial number of my items. Way better then cashgenorator they r thieving people's item's & replaced with bad faulty item's never again should've known why more customers go there & cash generator is always empty with no customers 🙄 when I'm there. stay well away from them belive me all there branches in the UK. Snooze u will always lose always better out there. Stick wid these & they send 2/3 text 2 remind me nice. Instead of a wats app text which I don't always have data thank u nice 2be nice key point in business. Instead of taken people's misfortune by hoping 🙏 I lose my item. They deserve extra £ no matter how many times sometimes I have to renew. Bought a galaxy tab ultra from the Birkenhead store. Great price and the youtube video they posted let me see the condition in detail

After buying an item from cash converters Finchley ballards lane. I was disappointed when the camera lens arrived and was non-functional.
In my opinion it has not been tested, I received an untested lens
The lens was returned and I received a refund however the £4.50 postage has not been refunded.
I did email the store on two occasions but I got no reply.
I cannot recommend this store at all.

Walk in meet this young lady called Diana at the Slough and she was absolutely amazing she gave me the best deal and guided me so well in every point of my Sale big up on that Diana your and absolute gem and your customer skills amazing cash converters Slough do not loose her

A big thank you to Tanu for being so kind, friendly and helpful with my loan. I visited early in the morning after waiting outside in the cold, and she even offered me a cup of tea or coffee, which was such a lovely gesture! She made the whole experience easy and pleasant.

The entire team is always welcoming and professional, including the wonderful store manager. Truly excellent customer service. Highly recommended!

I bought a phone online from here. Turns out it was faulty and wouldn't even turn on. Took it to a phone shop to see what's wrong with it turns out the battery was well and truly broke. Be careful buying phones from here they clearly don't check to see if they work before selling them on

I bought the watch from the Falkirk branch and I dealt with Myles.
He was extremely helpful and friendly and made the purchase very easy and responded extremely fast to my questions via email.
The watch arrived the next day and was well packaged.
I would highly recommend Cash converters and Myles.
I have used them before and always find them fair and a excellent company.
