A Waste of money!
Joined this when we bought our first motorhome a few months ago, the FREE night is only bookable on 'Club Sites' that have nothing on and most are in the middle of no where! You can't book accredited or certified sites, I find the sites they recommend very expensive and not "cheap" as the advertise. Won't renew next year 100% Don't waste your money!

Hi Debbie. We appreciate you sharing your candid feedback regarding your experience with our membership, especially concerning the free night offer and site recommendations. The Affiliated Sites & Certificated Locations are not owned or managed by the Club, therefore our vouchers would not be accepted by them. We have 150 UK Club Campsites in many different areas, with varying facilities on-site. If we can assist you with getting the most out of your membership, please get in touch. Wishing you all the best for the reaminder of the season~Jamie-lee, Caravan & Motorhome Social Media Team

Nice short break…
I enjoyed my stay even though it was cut short by events at home. The site is well maintained in all aspects, and for a large site one never feels crowded. Plenty of nice walks and cycle rides on the doorstep. 2 downsides one of which the club could address. If you are at the far end of the site it is a bit of a walk to get rid of rubbish all the way to the entrance, this is a retrograde step for those of us who are not as mobile as we once we're. The other downside is the closure of the Talpore restaurant within the nearby hotel. Was quite handy if one didn't want to cook. Not sure where is close by now.

Hi John. We're happy to hear you enjoyed your stay with us, despite it being cut short. We appreciate your kind words about our well-maintained site and the feeling of spaciousness. We understand your concerns regarding the rubbish disposal points, especially for those with limited mobility, and we will certainly consider this feedback as we review our site facilities. We also acknowledge your disappointment about the closure of the nearby restaurant; we understand the convenience it offered. We hope to welcome you back again soon~Jamie-lee, Caravan and Motorhome Club Social Media Team

Daleacres …
We absolutely love Daleacres Caravan Park, its local not far to travel for the beaches, shops and historical places, although it does need updates on speed limits, that are not close to the group, also needs blocking off to disable caravans from squeezing between pitches instead of entering correctly, road markings also repainting, gates between the toilet block need catches on to discourage bikes and scooters from taking short cuts, the staff are brilliant but they can only do so much will always recommend the site but these points need to be done,to be listen to, also with the matter of the yurts there needs to be additional toilet facilities installed for their users should all 15 yurts be full their isn't enough facilities for all customers

We spent 10 days at White House Beach Kessingland and feel that the facilities need an update. The price of each pitch is very expensive and feel that the site should reflect this. The Wardens were very helpful and sociable.
