Purchased Burley Ashdown early 2024 for new extension, we have been having some issues with keeping the fire going ( new to log burner )
Called customer services and couldn’t have been any more helpful, talked us through proper burning procedure and sent advice through email.
No issues with the stove and we love the burley just our inexperience on using the burner .

Just a quick note for anyone else reading: spare parts for Burley fires are generally available through our network of retailers, plumbers' merchants, and online specialist retailers, even for older Magiglo fires.
I wanted a replacement flicker.
I wanted a replacement flicker for my cast iron electric fire. I was told these are not available now as the bulbs are LED, the man redirected me to a new replacement flicker fire bulb which I bought. Very quick and helpful service would recommend.

Go somewhere else
Purchased a remote controlled Burley Flueless fire to replace the old one on 19 November 2024. This fire was fitted by a competent fitter and did not work, also, after being fitted we could see it did not match the one on the website but were told that was the way they were all manufactured now. After many phone calls and a considerable amount of stress, Burley finally accepted there was an issue with the fire and on 14 January 2025 agreed to send a new one. The new one was exactly the same as depicted on the website and worked!!! It proved to be an incredibly difficult experience to deal with Burley customer services who kept telling us we did something wrong for the fire not to work. As yet, we have not received an apology! Our conclusion… Go to a company that values its customers, this is NOT one of them.
