Unfortunally there is no zero star evaluation! I sent a packet from Greece to Germany, with a "Delivery to door" plan. BoxNow has given the packet to FedEx, and has sent me the FedEx number to track the pack. After some days FedEx info was that the packet arrived to another company premises, Hermes. I wanted to see when it will be delivered "to the door", but this status was never shown. Asking from BoxNow what is going on, they told me to communicate with Fedex. I started a conversation with FedEx, and after many days the final answer is that they do not now what happened! And they did not gave me any info about Hermes, how I could communicate with them! Also they said that my problem was ... solved!!! BoxNow had to solve the problem, but they did nothing. They just "send" me to FedEx, and FedEx could not communicate with Hermes! So now I am trying to find Hermes, through help from friends in Germany ...

They stole our package from box now. 2 weeks I'm trying to find someone and none is to be seen. I have sent emails, called multiple times. DO NOT TRUST THEM

Ότι πιο αντί επαγγελματικό το customer care άφαντο ητε τηλεφωνικά ητε μέσω email. Έχω καλέσει 6 φορές και πέρα την ευγενεστατη AI που με συνδέει σε 40 δευτερόλεπτα,μετά η αναμονή είναι κάθε φορά 10-15 λεπτά !!!!!!!!
Γιατί έχετε το τμήμα εξυπηρέτησης για καμουφλάζ ?? Ο αποστολέας μου σας επιλέγει όχι εγώ ,και + ότι έχω στείλει 6 emails ούτε εκεί απαντάτε. Ούτε 1 δεν αξίζει η εξυπηρέτηση σας και θα έπρεπε να διαβάσετε τα σχόλια των πελατών που δεν σας επιλέγουν φυσικά αλλά ο αποστολέας μας υποχρεώνει. Δείτε το όνομα μου και απαντήστε στα emails μου για να καταθέσω σε λογαριασμό σας το κόστος μεταφορικών αλλιώς θα αρνηθώ την παραλαβή και για αυτό έχω ενημερώσει τον αποστολέα. Δεν θα σας επέλεγα πότε . Περιμένω απάντηση σας η δεν κοιτάτε ούτε τα απογοητευτικά σχόλια έτσι ώστε να λάβετε μέτρα.

Αίσχος! Βρωμιά κι απάτη! Έχασαν τάχα μου 60 εκατοστά δέμα!... Λες κι ήταν καρφίτσα... Τώρα βέβαια, κάποιος απολαμβάνει το χαμένο προϊόν-περιεχόμενο κι εγώ κλαίω τα λεφτά μου ... Μακρυά από δαύτους!

To transfer a package from Thessaloniki to Athens can take up to 4 days !!!! Then the package stays in Athens depot for 6 days for no reason , no communication to explain the delay . This is not a courrier company, it's a scam

Αν μπορουσα θα έβαζα 0. Καθυστερήσεις στην διακίνηση των αποστολών, καμία ενημέρωση στο tracking μετα απο 2 ή 3 εργάσιμες ημερες, και καμιά απάντηση σε επικοινωνίες μέσω email ή φόρμας. Τελευταία φορά τους επέλεξα. Πλέον υπάρχουν αναλογες επιλογές οι οποίες θα προτιμούνται

In Cyprus absolutely pathetic, they don't answer there phone, every thing is in Greek(so can't change pick up location, total disaster..

So i ordered a package, 400euros cost through Vendora app.
After 3 or 4 days i got a message that my package was delivered in the locker i had chosen, so i drove all the way with the password to pick it up.
Imagine my frustration when i put the password and said wrong password..i tried to call for help, the auto ai helper was pretty terrible to begin with i even had to say my parcel number 5 or more times to her, and then she said the parcel was there. But i was checking the tracking from the page and it said that my package was there although my package was not there...it was like i was being ghaslighted by the ai and the tracking page, then i noticed it said the package was still in the same locker it was put from the seller from the start....i was begining to lose my mind cause nothing made sense and the ai kept telling me my package was there...so i stayed outside of the box around 1 hour trying to figure wtf was happening, then i decided to leave cause it was already late, next morning i decided to call again to see wtf was happening, the AI again was giving me a mental breakdown and i asked several times for an actual employee altough the AI was not very willing to connect me with an actuall employee. Eventually a very inadequate lady picked up the phone, i said hello i recieved a message to recieve my package and i went there and it said not correct password wrong locker etc and then she says "Yes it appears your package has stuck in the locker" i replied "then why did you send a message to pick it up" then eventually i asked her to inform the seller and the other company about their incompetance to deliver my package and she said "we cant do that" , so then she asked me to ask the seller to put a smaller package and i said listen lady this package costs 400$ the package is gonna stay AS IT IS.and then she replied ok everything alright? HUGE nerve! and i said No nothing is alright since apparently you cant Do anything about my package! you cant inform the seller, you couldnt even inform me, you cant inform the other company and you cant send my parcel, so the real Question is WHAT CAN YOU DO? Can you actually do something????

probably last time i use this company , especially for somethin valuable, i hope some employee heard my 10 Ai CALLS ,being super annoyed and upset! good luck with your shitty customer service too , so NOT helpfull! and so not customer support! you can get better support on f@cking video games than this circus! BB!

they destroy my package didn't send me picture and didn't give money back

Πρώτη φορά παρήγγειλα από την συγκεκριμένη εταιρεία παρόλα τα κακά σχόλια..το δέμα έφτασε την άλλη μέρα στο σημείο που υπέδειξα με φτηνά έξοδα αποστολής.Ολα καλά

They constantly deliver packages to the WRONG lockers, even kilometers away from the requested one. They NEVER reply to emails. They NEVER reach out. Terrible, unreliable, not worth at all.

Boxnow has the worst customer service ever.

No communication, never reply , no call back , worst experience

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Box Now. My package was lost during transit, and instead of taking responsibility or properly investigating the issue, the company shifted the blame onto me to avoid providing compensation.

Customer support was unhelpful, dismissive, and more focused on denying liability than resolving the problem fairly. As a customer, I expected accountability, transparency, and at minimum a serious effort to correct their mistake. Unfortunately, none of that happened.

It’s the most unreliable service I have seen in Greece ever. These people are cheating me 4 days that every day will deliver and then nothing. The package I am waiting has health equipment necessary for an ill person. We are moving now legally

Είμαστε συνεργάτης e-shop και δυστυχώς είχαμε ιδιαίτερα αρνητική εμπειρία με δύο συνεχόμενες αποστολές της ίδιας παραγγελίας.

Και τα δύο δέματα καταστράφηκαν πριν την παράδοση στον πελάτη, παρότι η δεύτερη αποστολή αντικατάστασης προϊόντων και επαναποστολής επιβάρυνε αποκλειστικά την επιχείρησή μας πραγματοποιήθηκε με ενισχυμένη συσκευασία και επιπλέον προστατευτικά υλικά!

Σύμφωνα με το tracking, τα δέματα διακινήθηκαν κανονικά μεταξύ εγκαταστάσεων και το πρόβλημα εμφανίστηκε στο τελικό στάδιο πριν την τοποθέτηση στη θυρίδα.

Παρόλα αυτά, η ευθύνη αποδόθηκε αποκλειστικά στη “μη κατάλληλη συσκευασία”, χωρίς συγκεκριμένη τεχνική τεκμηρίωση για το ποια προδιαγραφή δεν πληρούνταν!

Αναγνωρίζουμε ότι η ασφαλής συσκευασία είναι ευθύνη του αποστολέα, όμως θεωρούμε ότι σε επαναλαμβανόμενα περιστατικά θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει πιο ουσιαστική διερεύνηση και υποστήριξη ΕΙΔΙΚΑ προς τους συνεργάτες!!!

Εξαντλήσαμε όλα τα περιθώρια διαλόγου χωρίς αποτέλεσμα και βάση αυτού μεταφέρουμε την εμπειρία μας σαν συνεργάτες.

Ελπίζουμε στο μέλλον να υπάρξει καλύτερη διαχείριση αντίστοιχων περιπτώσεων.

Generally I find it very efficient. But if a problem arises there is NO customer assistance. I have emailed and called multiple times with no success and no indication of a human help.
This service with good customer care would be a 10/10 for me but alas. . .

Disaster, they mean 11 days instead of 1, it's a corrupted company. Your customer service is AI
