Τελευταία παραλαβή 19.8.2026 10:20" δηλαδή ότι βρίσκεται στη Θυρίδα Box now Υψηλάντου 60 Αμφιάλη στο Σούπερ μάρκετ Γαλαξίας, δεν μου έχει σταλεί το PIN παραλαβής.
Όταν πατάω " Επαναποστολή κωδικού" Γράφει ότι βρίσκεται "BOX NOW STORE - ΞΑΝΘΗ

Τους έστειλα 2 email αλλά δεν με απάντησαν
Προσπαθώ να επικοινωνήσω τηλεφωνικά περιμένοντας μισή ώρα στο τηλέφωνο και πάλι είμαι στην αναμονή
Το μετάνιωσα πού χρησιμοποιήσα το box now, το θέμα ελλήνων ότι περιμένω και άλλο δέμα και πολύ φοβάμαι ότι θα έχω πάλι τα ίδια προβλήματα!

ΕΧΟΥΝ ΠΕΡΑΣΕΙ 5 ΜΕΡΕΣ ΚΑΙ ΑΚΟΜΑ ΝΑ ΠΑΡΩ ΤΗΝ ΠΑΡΑΓΓΕΛΙΑ ΜΟΥ..ΑΠΑΡΑΔΕΚΤΟΙ...ΔΕΝ ΑΞΙΖΕΙ ΓΙΑ 1 ΕΥΡΩ ΔΙΑΦΟΡΑ ΜΕ ΤΙΣ ΑΛΛΕΣ courier ΤΕΤΟΙΑ ΚΑΘΥΣΤΕΡΗΣΗ

​Η παραγγελία έγινε στις 30/07/2026. Μέχρι και τις 08/08/2026 δεν υπήρξε καμία απολύτως ενημέρωση για την πορεία του δέματος, αναγκάζοντάς με να επικοινωνήσω εγώ ο ίδιος για να μάθω τι συμβαίνει.
​Στις 09/08/2026 το δέμα τέθηκε σε κατάσταση «εντοπισμού» από την BOX NOW. Τρεις ημέρες μετά (12/08), και ενώ πάλι δεν υπήρξε καμία πρωτοβουλία ενημέρωσης από πλευράς τους, κάλεσα ξανά για να μου πουν αόριστα ότι επικοινώνησαν με το κατάστημα αποστολής ώστε να σταλεί νέο προϊόν.
​Σήμερα, 13/08/2026, το δέμα προφανώς δεν έχει καν ξεκινήσει και παραμένει άγνωστο το πότε (και αν) θα φτάσει.
​Το πιο εξοργιστικό είναι ότι η BOX NOW:
​Δείχνει πλήρη αδιαφορία για την ταλαιπωρία που προκαλεί.
​Δεν αναλαμβάνει καμία ευθύνη ή αποζημίωση για τη δική της κωλυσιεργία.
​Εκθέτει ανεπανόρθωτα εμάς τους επαγγελματίες στους δικούς μας πελάτες.
​Ζήτησα ήδη από την συνεργαζόμενη εταιρεία να αλλάξει άμεσα μεταφορική και να μη χρησιμοποιηθεί ξανά η BOX NOW. Δυστυχώς, απουσιάζει κάθε ίχνος επαγγελματισμού, υπευθυνότητας και σωστής αντιμετώπισης προβλημάτων.

Μία από τις χειρότερες εμπειρίες που έχω είχα ποτέ με εταιρεία courier. Καμία συνέπεια στους χρόνους παράδοσης, ελλιπής ενημέρωση και tracking που περισσότερο μπερδεύει παρά ενημερώνει.

Ένα δέμα μπορεί να βρίσκεται για ημέρες στη διαδικασία μεταφοράς, χωρίς ξεκάθαρη ενημέρωση για το πότε πραγματικά θα παραδοθεί. Και φυσικά, όταν υπάρχει πρόβλημα, η επικοινωνία με την εταιρεία είναι άλλη μία απογοήτευση.

Το να πληρώνεις για υπηρεσία courier και να πρέπει να κυνηγάς εσύ το δέμα σου δεν είναι “υπηρεσία”. Είναι κοροϊδία του πελάτη.

Η BOX NOW έχει πολύ δρόμο να διανύσει μέχρι να μπορεί να χαρακτηριστεί αξιόπιστη εταιρεία courier. Προσωπικά, μετά από αυτή την εμπειρία, δεν πρόκειται να την εμπιστευτώ ξανά.

Απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση, απαράδεκτος χρόνος παράδοσης και μηδενική αίσθηση αξιοπιστίας.

I am very surprised reading all these negative reviews. I am receiving very often packages from Temu and occasionally from local e-shops and it has never happened to me that a package was destroyed/not delivered/a box was empty/the pin didn't work or anything else people complain about. The only thing I agree with is that their customer service is absolutely useless. I have contacted them twice by email with a minor but for them useful complaint and the replies I received after many days were not helpful, if not ridiculous. As far as the many negative reviews are concerned, it may be well possible that Box Now run a lot faster for big clients like Temu and Shein than they would do for private individuals. I have used them only once privately to send a parcel from Athens to Kefalonia and it took quite long to arrive there. To come back on the negative reviews, it does appear to me that some customers have not really understood how Box Now works. That there iis a deadline for picking up your package and that they don't deliver to your home address. Also, changing locker or extending the pick up time is very easily done on their website or through their app and it always works. Anyhow, if I were Box Now, I would take immediate action, starting with the replacement of the present customer service. Customer support can make or break a business.

First and foremost I have used Boxnow many times because there is a very convenient pickup point. I have never had any problems whatsoever. I do, however, take care that I have chosen the correct pickup point before finalizing my order. Of course I have never been in a situation to extend stay or change location so I can't vouch for that type of flexibility.

I gave 2 stars because I find only one advantage, the low cost service price. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because I sent some electronic devices and recipient received them damaged! Some are broken and some were damaged by bad or brutal transfer!

I sent 5 emails asking to change locker....NO answer
(After 30min driving I went to a locker ,I followed tge instructions to semd a package and the track number doesn't work!
I called 5 times...everything is in Greek...call gets disconected
I contacted on Facebook messenger, NO reply....

They DON'T care....and I tried to explain to Temu what is happening and they don't care neither!
What a waste of time and energy.

Box now dilevered my parcel to onather town. When I drove to the box to picknit up,my parcel was sent back to Boxnow hub. Zero comunication, zero help, no iformation how to get my parcel.

Δυστυχώς η εμπειρία μου με τη BOX NOW ήταν εξαιρετικά απογοητευτική.

Παρέλαβα αποστολή με αριθμό 4196914173 η οποία δεν περιείχε όλα τα προϊόντα που είχαν τοποθετηθεί από τον αποστολέα. Συγκεκριμένα, είχα αγοράσει δύο σορτς, ένα Syna και ένα Essentials, αξίας 50€ το καθένα. Σύμφωνα με τον αποστολέα, τα δύο προϊόντα τοποθετήθηκαν κανονικά μέσα στο δέμα πριν παραδοθεί στο δίκτυο μεταφοράς. Ωστόσο, κατά την παραλαβή διαπίστωσα ότι βρισκόταν μέσα μόνο το ένα προϊόν, ενώ το δεύτερο, αξίας 50€, έλειπε πλήρως.

Αυτό που με ανησύχησε ακόμη περισσότερο ήταν η κατάσταση της συσκευασίας. Το δέμα παραδόθηκε ανοιχτό στο επάνω μέρος και χωρίς να φαίνεται ότι είχε σφραγιστεί επαρκώς. Ως παραλήπτης παρέλαβα ένα δέμα του οποίου το περιεχόμενο δεν προστατευόταν όπως θα έπρεπε κατά τη μεταφορά, γεγονός που γεννά εύλογες απορίες για το πώς χάθηκε μέρος της αποστολής.

Επιπλέον, προσπάθησα επανειλημμένα να επικοινωνήσω με την εξυπηρέτηση πελατών προκειμένου να αναφέρω το περιστατικό και να λάβω οδηγίες για την επίλυσή του. Δυστυχώς δεν κατάφερα να εξυπηρετηθώ τηλεφωνικά, παρά τις συνεχείς προσπάθειές μου. Όταν ένας πελάτης αντιμετωπίζει απώλεια προϊόντος από αποστολή που έχει πληρώσει, η άμεση επικοινωνία και η αποτελεσματική υποστήριξη θα έπρεπε να είναι αυτονόητες.

Διαθέτω αποδείξεις αγοράς και στοιχεία που επιβεβαιώνουν το περιεχόμενο της αποστολής πριν αυτή παραδοθεί για μεταφορά και έχω ήδη ζητήσει επίσημη διερεύνηση του περιστατικού.

Ελπίζω η εταιρεία να εξετάσει σοβαρά την υπόθεση, να επικοινωνήσει μαζί μου το συντομότερο δυνατό και να προχωρήσει στην αποκατάσταση της ζημίας που υπέστην. Μέχρι να υπάρξει ουσιαστική ανταπόκριση και επίλυση, η εμπειρία μου παραμένει ιδιαίτερα αρνητική.

Delivery to wrong box and no explanation or apology. The service is very slow, even within Athens. The only reason people use this service, is because the ND government has destroyed the Greek post office.

Ανίκανα σκουπίδια, χαμένα δέματα, σπασμένα δέματα, χαμένες ή μάλλον κλεμμένες επιστροφές, για να το πω σωστά. ΜΑΚΡΙΑ από αυτούς τους απατεώνες!!!

Worst company ever...if you want your item to be delivered choose another provider...they are incompetend....they will have your package lost and still get you to wait for more than a month for money to be refund...

the worst courier service i know.10/6/2026.After 6 working days and they havent delivered my packaged ,they never answer the phone,noone care about your problem ,they never call you back.

Unacceptable experience and a complete lack of professionalism. I sent a pair of shoes (Crocs) via BOX NOW lockers, and the product was completely ruined during transit. Due to improper conditions and excessive heat inside their locker, the shoes suffered severe thermal deformation and shrunk to the point where they are completely unwearable.

But the worst part is their customer service. Instead of taking responsibility for the damage they caused, they hide behind ridiculous bureaucratic excuses. They kept demanding photos of the outer packaging and of the item 'inside the package' AFTER the parcel had already been opened and delivered—which is obviously impossible. Even though I provided clear 'before and after' photos proving the shoes were perfectly fine prior to shipping, they refuse to take responsibility.

Every time you call, you have to explain the situation from scratch to a different representative, because their phone support seems to have zero communication with their email department. It’s an endless loop of frustration and mockery of the consumer. Stay away, especially during hot days, unless you want your items delivered completely melted!

I have used BOX NOW many times , and I never had anything to complain about , except once that I couldn't get hold of an employee to state my case - yet after a short delay they contacted me by e-mail. This last time I had to extend the time period , no problem. Considering that my case is somewhat difficult , as I don't have a mobile, the customer service of BOX NOW notifies me by e-mail , which for them is an exception. I recommend them fully !

Unprofessional custumer service! Dont answer for telefon.my packeg was lost.i didnt choose box now for delivery. Packeg came to cyprus and they supposed to deliver to me.instead to look for it,they send me just sorry!! Very disappointed!! Very much!!!

Their behavior is criminal, they are paid to be charge of packages but the locker doors don't open, you can send or pick up the package and the phone number to call is disconnected and they don't answer to emails. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM !!!!
