Having ordered 3 folding ebikes this year which have all either developed numerous faults, arrived damaged, or order has been unexpectedly cancelled I have sadly had much experience of appalling customer service in the ebike world. I am pleased to say I have finally found a company which actually offers,customer service, a rare thing these days. The bike did arrive from the warehouse with only half the charging lead, branded with a different company, and a flat rear tyre - I thought oh no here we go again. But James was in touch quickly, arranged immediately for the missing lead which arrived next day and contacted a local repairer to collect, fix and return the bike straight away at their expense. Yes it was disappointing to have a bike delivered with faults, but that is what customer service should look like if there are problems. In another rare aspect he actually apologised for the issues, don't get that much nowadays! Also, this firm uses a delivery company which have proper tracking with 2 hour slots and live updates, not it'll be there (or collected) sometime 8am to 8pm.

Ordered a bike that turned out to be out of stock! Bike Yard offered the same bike that had an updated gear train but for the same price! Delivered next day.
Best service I have experienced with an on line purchase and the follow up service was just as good.

Just the bike I was looking for and with the biggest discount I could find.
Delivery was prompt and the bike was well packaged.
I just had to adjust the handlebars. All the necessary instructions were included and easy to follow.
After a couple of days I got a really nice email from James checking that all was well, so very good customer service too.
