It’s when things don’t go smooth that you find out who the best are.
They took my order but didn’t have the stock. That would usually mean a low review. But everyone makes an error, or timing can be unlucky. They did however contact me fast, suggest alternatives, and go through a whole process of making it right for me. All with personal and very fast interaction and response. That’s uncommon and what makes good service. All to rare these days.

Great customer service at first that went downhill. I received my bike with scratches and was sent with a polish without any instructions on how to apply them, after applying my bike looks terrible. A bad experience all in all. Not sure if I'd purchase online again with this experience.

I'm sorry for the delay in receiving your new mudguards. We posted this the same day we received your order. Once the item is posted we cannot control the speed of its delivery, this is down to the courier. This should have been received to you last week and we are sorry they are taking longer than normal.
