Customer service is phenomenal, especially Helen Tang! Helen contacted me prior to shipping regarding my shipping address with a possible problem; I live on a borderline of 2 towns, new community so it has happened in past and their shipping department was questioning it. Between about 5/6 emails we corrected situation. Helen stayed in touch with me until order was received. I’m 69 years old do quite a bit of internet shopping and never, ever has a company done this, whether a $30 order or $200 order. Again, this was unbelievable! Product as advertised, great shipping, will order again. Thank you Helen your a value to your company.

When I placed my order with Biganydeals, I was informed by their Support Team that two of the items ordered were no longer available. Support team member, Helen Tang, informed me of my options in replacing those items or receiving a refund. Helen was very helpful and understanding in helping me replace those items. I was not sure how to send a picture of the replacement items, but Helen found them with my written description. Her kindness in letting me know that she could find them with just a description was very nice and I appreciated her help. I received my order today in the mail and am very pleased with everything.

I have bought many diamond paintings for my wife through this company and have always been very satisfied with their products and their service.

I received my order item #SS126 and started working on it. I have been very short on two of the drills; the green one and the clear one. I didn’t have enough of either color to complete one of the ponies. I’d like to receive replacements for those two colors so that I can finish the picture.

I realized that I didn’t get a confirmation email after I spent an hour pouring over all of the beautiful designs and had selected several. I contacted customer service to inquire about my order and Helen was so responsive! She was able to track down that somehow I hadn’t completed my order and linked me back to my basket. She was friendly and very helpful! I was able to complete my order and now I’m looking forward to getting started on my kits! Thanks so much Helen!

I thought I was missing one packet of diamond. I contacted the service department and Helen responded within 12 hours. She told me exactly what was needed. I sent the information. I then found the packet of diamonds and contacted her. She was very nice about it. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone who likes to do Diamond Art.

I love the beautiful Diamond Painting kits they have to offer. I have ordered many kits and am highly satisfied wIth their products. I had one problem with the website when I wasn't able to complete an order. I contacted Customer Service and they responded in a timely manner. I was able to place the order later that day.

I made a mistake when I made my order and I contacted the company and they helped me out until I got things straightened out. I haven’t had any trouble with my order but I find it takes a long time to get my orders, that’s the only problem I ever had.

I have ordered from this company several times and am completely happy with their prices, quality of products and customer service. They promptly respond to questions/concerns, and when one of the items I ordered was no longer available, they immediately notified me and gave me the option of replacing it with a different item, which I really appreciated. My original order got lost in shipping but notified me that it was delivered. I contacted them and they said they would resend my order. It was taken care of very quickly. Very good customer service!!

The person that assisted me in finding my order went above expectations to finding it for me and sent me the order confirmation, too. The responses were informative and quick, even with the time zone difference. I will be ordering from Big Any Deals again!
