After contacting explaining error in order received the error was quickly resolved. Messages sent were answered in a timely manner and service was excellent. Postage was as expected to an overseas address. Very happy with quality and have ordered more

I accidentally order my purchase 2x and a customer service representative quickly corrected my mistake and reverse the charge thank you for quick response

What started out as "poor" customer service turned out to be excellent. I wasn't happy with the communication through email and felt I wasn't getting any results from customer service. However, once communication switched to messenger it was timely and all issues addressed. I am very pleased with the resolution.

I put in an order on February 5. I received an email almost immediately that they received my order and I would get an email when it shipped. I never received another email and they haven’t answered any of my emails asking about my order. I am totally frustrated now. Don’t know what else to do.

Quand on commande il dise 10-15 jour pour livraison.
J’ai contacté pour avoir un remboursement et il m’envoie un faux profil d’une compagnie de livraison et me dit qu’il sont en route.
Mais je ne reçois rien
Je crois qu’il mon frauder pour 90$,compagnie à éviter

They were really good about contacting me and keeping me posted on the progress of my order. They also replaced missing beads and let me know when an item was no longer available so I could order a substitute.

I ordered 4 diamond painting kits of copies of my photographs of my dogs. I had sent the same picture for 2 of the kits.
The company were brilliant, they emailed me right away pointing out my error and I uploaded a different picture. They were extremely helpful and kind.
I cannot express the joy I felt when the 4 pictures arrived, they were fabulous, they had captured the dog’s expressions wonderfully and that was before I filled them in.
I have had other kits from Biganydeals and they have always been excellent quality.
I will always use this firm and can’t recommend them enough.

I get diamond painting kits from you all the time. No complaints. I ordered one that never had all the beads with it so I cant finish it. What do you do about that.

Ik weet niet hoe ik de klantenservice kan bereiken, heb al 4 email gestuurd er wordt niet op gereageerd.
Ik heb 4 diamond painting +1 gekocht en ook gekregen. 4 gemaakt en bij de 5e zaten 3 kleuren er niet bij en de rest klopte niet. Dus die kan ik niet maken. Ik vind zeer ergerlijk dat hun helemaal niet reageren en kan niets vinden als een mail-adres.ik ben dus helemaal niet tevreden over dit bedrijf.
