PERFECTION IN EVERY WAY
WOW is all I can say about Bellefever. Talk about first class service which is an understatement as they are above that by a mile.
From placing an order the customer service is second to none. You are made to feel so special. It's like having your own personal shopper and as for been kept updated Bellafever exceeds this by a mile. As a 44 yr old women by far this purchase will stay in my mind forever. This year has been horrendous on all of us we have literally been turned upside down. So keeping the standard this high is incredible.
As for the jewellery and for a magpie like myself. They have gained a long term customer. I have placed two orders so far one for my best friend as a Christmas present and I was stuck on the 7th tree of life branch. I'm so sorry which one of you out the customer service team it was but he came up with love hearts........GENIUS
If you buy anything from BELLAFEVER I can assure you you won't be disappointed and if you're thinking about it just do it.

This site is fantastic, order was not too long in coming was kept up to date about my order. My husband was very happy with is bracelet it had all are grandchildren names on and was made really well. Will be ordering from this site again .

Excellent communication and beautiful…
Excellent communication and beautiful jewellery. Its a long wait for delivery but it is really really worth it. Iv worn my jewellery in the bath, shower and at night and its stayed same quality. Chain isn't too flimsy either as tested my an eager 6 month old.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS RIDICULOUS. I'd like to start off with me receiving my bracelet which took 6 weeks to come. I was excited to receive this package due to the 5 star reviews I read. After receiving this personalised bracelet it was full of scratches and the personalised names weren't joined together as shown in photos. I contacted the companys customer service straight away regarding this showing them proof from photos, they were basically telling me there is nothing they can do as it must of happened in transit. I asked for a refund and this was declined even though I sent proof and the quality of the bracelet was to a poor standard! Then they offered me to send the bracelet back and that they would refund me for the bracelet but take the price of the customised charms off the money even though 2 of the charms were included in the price to start with, I argued that point and this was ongoing for several days. So then the person that was messaging then messaged back saying I'm more than happy to send you a new clasp even went ahead to get approval from management to get a whole new bracelet as a good will gesture, so I agreed to this for a new bracelet to come and 2 days ago I received a clasp only! Like seriously after agreeing to send a bracelet they've then send the clasp only are they for real!!!! Would never recommend this company EVER! Had better quality jewellery out a kids magazine!!!!!
Replying back on this review as it won't let me reply to your reply !!!!!!! The picture is on my profile picture of the scratches. The one I had sent to you, the other picture your saying I sent was of the names not being joined together also!!! I sent you two separate pictures with the faults !!!

I have looked at all correspondence and even our sneak pic photos and your photo that you sent and as advised, we couldn't see any scratches on the charms and there were no issues on the charms them self. We had explained that they are charms which means each charm is an individual piece itself and not connected to each other. The charms are able to be put on and taken off. I can see initially we had agreed to send you a new clasp as you were unhappy with the clasp and we had organised that right away while still discussing with you about your concerns which we always replied. When this continued we also then agreed to send you a whole new bracelet at no extra cost and let you keep the original one, even though there was no issue with the first one, this has been done and is still in transit with tracking here https://www.myhermes.co.uk/track#/parcel/8473186478727774/details. What you had received a couple of days ago is the clasp here https://www.myhermes.co.uk/track#/parcel/8473186478725879/details. While I do understand your frustration, we are doing all we can to assist and have always replied and assisted you. Gift for son
I ordered an engraved dog tag chain for my son's birthday and the sneak peak pictures don't do it justice. It really is lovely and I know he will love it. I was concerned about getting it on time and didn't realise how long the process is so maybe that could be made clearer however I did contact them and was reassured. Would recommend and will use again.

I ordered 3 pieces of jewellery for me…
I ordered 3 pieces of jewellery for me and my two daughters , they were very important pieces as were in remembrance of my mum who passed away in February this year (2020) . I was not disappointed , all 3 chains are beautiful, well made and exactly what we wanted . I was kept updated all the way also regarding the process of making them and delivery . I was also given an opportunity to view the pieces and make changes if needed. Excellent customer service and excellent jewellery. Myself and my 2 daughters love our chains x
