These people are preying on first time home buyers. Whilst not inherently a scam, they do flood you with up to 700 pages or purely garbage information and significantly outdated reports. You should also NEVER! purchase a Building and Pest through BYB.

I really appreciated that Leon followed up with Comfort Living several times to help expedite the report, and made sure to keep me in the loop by copying me into all the email communications. That level of transparency and proactive communication made what could have been a very stressful process much easier to manage.
