We were put onto Chatti from a member of the club and it was a great way to let player families know about an event coming up. Was very easy to use and the team helped us with our sms blast.
We used the club to send out notifications for our sports club registration reminders. We had 17 registrations complete from the SMS within 30 minutes of the reminder! Parents noted it was a great way to let them know as they had forgotten about the email.
We have been using the SMS provider for our non-profit organisation for the past 6 months and I must say we are thoroughly impressed with the service. We swapped from another company, that is located in Australia but owned by an overseas company.

I always thought with SMS providers was like comparing apples to apples... Chatti is definitely a class above when it comes to its platform integrations, rates and added perk of Qantas points. Great customer service from an initial engagement all the way through to ongoing support too. Would highly recommend.
