AML Assured is AML/CTF compliance built for one industry: Australian real estate. From 1 July 2026, every agency brokering property sales became a reporting entity under AUSTRAC's Tranche 2 legislation. That meant identity checks on buyers and vendors, a written compliance programme, risk assessments, staff training, annual reporting, and seven years of records — for people who never signed up to become compliance experts. We built AML Assured so they don't have to. It's not banking software repurposed for property. Every workflow, every training module, and every piece of language is built around how real estate agencies actually operate — Form 6 signings, auctions, private treaties, and settlements. The platform covers all six core AUSTRAC obligations in one place: identity verification (KYC and KYB), PEP and sanctions screening, your AML programme, risk assessments, escalation workflows, and one-click annual reporting. Our Client-Pay feature lets the client cover the cost of their own check, so an agency's cost per verification can be $0. Pricing starts at $79/month plus GST. No setup fees. No lock-in contracts. Support when you need it

We prepared thoroughly for AML/CTF but found that the software we initially used wasn't as ready as we were. What followed was a great deal of frustration.... until we spoke to AMLAssured. What a difference. Software that is natural in its flow and is easy to use - and just as importantly, support is available when you need it, not a week later.
