Just a note to say thank you as my Lise Charmel J'avoue, Aveux Rose Lingerie arrived in perfect condition this afternoon delivered by Royal Mail.

Everything carefully wrapped in tissue fits beautifully, and the light mist of scent; Agent Provocateur I think, was a lovely touch.

I usually go to a shop in Chapel Allerton, Leeds, for these products but have moved area and it is tricky to get there. Having been using the same products and have been the same size for years decided to check on line. Bare N. had the products I wanted. Delivered on time.
Perfect fit. Have had reason to speak to their staff re payment and product clarification and have been completely happy with the outcome. Have another order due imminently and have no qualms about it. The staff at Bare N. follow queries up immediately by phone. It's all good. Recommend without hesitation.

I ordered some lingerie for my wife from Bare Necessities and was very impressed with the friendly and efficient customer service I received when I called the boutique to discuss the order. The gift wrapping service was excellent as well and the package arrived within the stated time. Highly recommended.

Having worn ill fitting and poor quality bras for several years now, I really felt I needed to upgrade my underwear drawer!!!
I entered Bare Necesscities and were met my 2 lovely ladies who were immediately warm and welcoming. I explained that I had been to a department store and measured wrongly a few years back. and that I had been sold, the most ugly and unattractive bra, being told 'it's a perfect fit for you.'
My whole experience at Bare Nevesscities couldn't have been more different. I was taken to a private cubicle, where I was measured and then fitted into some of the most beautiful bras.
I was asked about my preferences, shown different styles and colours, I was in 'Bra Heaven!'
I left feeling attractive again, comfortable and uplifted. I wouldn't go anywhere else now, the quality, the range and the staff were amazing.
Steer clear of department stores, they don't have a clue. Definitely go to the specialists.

Whilst looking for a particular bra and colour that I wanted online, I came across this site and I have to say that their customer service is first class and the girls are so helpful. This particular bra had to be ordered and they kept me informed, step by step, when it was in and ready for delivery. I was so impressed and can highly recommend Bare Necessities. A real gem!

Having experienced recent health issues from an accident at work the last thing on my mind was shopping ! when walking past Bare necessities in Melbourne the beautiful window display court my attention in particular a very pretty beach dress.

Before I knew it I was in the changing rooms be assisted by the most helpful understanding member of staff ( who I later found out was Brenda the owner) with her empathy support and fashion knowledge I was able to purchase some lovely outfits and accessories ready for the summer month of convalescence ahead .

My whole shopping experience at Bare necessities was so uplifting, total retail therapy "just what the Doctor ordered !!

It is most unusual in this day and age to find that when you telephone to speak to someone having seen a product on the internet that you end up with a very personable knowledgable service.
I bought two Sunflair swimsuits last month in a bit of a hurry just before my holiday and the girls at Bare Necessities couldn't have been more helpful. I had chosen the style and the colour and they advised me on fit and guided me towards Sunflair which fit perfectly. The swimsuits were posted to me on a Saturday afternoon and arrived promptly on the Monday.
Today , I have returned to them once more , to buy another swimsuit in their sale and a couple of bras, and decided to telephone rather than use the Internet .......no trouble at all , and great service yet again.
I only wish I lived nearer to Derbyshire as I am sure I would be a regular visitor to what I guess must be a fabulous shop.
Thank you Bare Necessities, I will be back again next season , I have no doubt.

All of the staff at Bare Necessities have fantastic customer service skills. I have brought from them via the Internet for several years and have never been disappointed. Recently trying to get a new swimsuit for this years holiday has been a difficult transaction with lots of returns, that did not worry them at all.

Ordered 2 bras online which I needed quickly for a wedding I'm attending. Great service . The bras arrived with plenty of time to spare. The company telephoned me to confirm the bra was on its way. The service received cannot be faulted. Wish all online companies offered such service

My customer experience when having to do with Bare is absolutely the best! As a customer, you always get a quick answer, you always get help and support and your products are delivered superfast. I've just made my latest purchases from Bare Necessities, visiting the shop to buy one item and having another ordered and sent to me. I've used Bare Necessities for a few years, as they sell my favourite brand of bras Marie Jo (which I first came across in Berlin but aren't available in many UK stores; fortunately Bare Necessities also know that they are the best fitting, stylish and long-lasting bras around - no sticking out wires or general bagginess here, so worth every penny!). It is always a pleasurable experience shopping at Bare Necessities, with great customer service and efficient delivery. Thank you!

I recently purchased a some underwear from Bare Necessities that was ordered in specially for me as the particular style of bra that I liked wasn't stocked in the shop.

I came across this company because I was looking for a particular bra. They had it in stock and it was dispatched and I received it with in 24 hours. I could not have asked for better service. I would have no hesitation recommending this company to anyone.

Kept me up to date with my order. Product was out of stock but I still received the item in less than a week! Price good too!
