I ordered a swimsuit, a very specific model that is hard to get elsewhere. A few days later I received a message that there was an error and they don't have my size. I can't find a suitable replacement (I don't need a beautiful swimsuit, but a functional one, suitable for active sports and with a cup size H (34-36 H).

Took order and money then week later informed me never ad it even though was showing they did online at time of ordering

I’ve had this bra before so that tells you I love it. In fact so impressed with the Company. I’ve just placed another order.

Braforme has inaccurate stock levels and a very poor communication system with NO telephone number.
I placed an order, after 3 DAYS (!!!) I was emailed to tell me some items were not available - I replied within 4 HOURS to cancel the order.
Braforme dispatched the order anyway☹️ - because, apparently, I did not reply soon enough ??!!****!!
I will update this review with how well Braforme sort out the mess they have created by selling things they don’t have and ignoring their customers communications.

I liked the fast delivery of bras that I normally purchase elsewhere and the fact that they are cheaper is a bonus

I had a problem initiating a return. However, Poppy was so very helpful and nothing was a problem to her.
My bras arrived quickly.I kept the Nora easy feel bra which is so comfortable and soft.

I ordered items on 3rd April and it’s now 16th April - I haven’t had any communication from them regarding delivery, and it looks like my order hasn’t been despatched. There’s no phone number on the website, and my written query hasn’t been answered. I need the items for my holiday on 20th April. How long does it take to post a few items? I’m very unimpressed.

Update: they got in touch and sent my items next day delivery
