Would not use this Company again. Ordered an underwear set for a wedding and paid guaranteed next day delivery. Arrived 5 days later and was still charged the next day delivery charge. I made a complaint and the response I received was a total joke! Will not be using again.

My first order was sent with next day delivery to ensure that I received it prior to going on holiday. My second, posted on a Friday, much to my delight and surprise, reached me in Spain the following Tuesday! And with such a superb range of quality garments, I can’t recommend highly enough. The Bras are nice, but the return policy is crap, you can’t return you bra though the Postal service, you have to return it though DHL deliveries service which is expensive and inconvenient. They have lost a customer because of this. You can get the same bras on Amazon without the hassle!

My order arrived today, many thanks for a fantastic service. I have purchased my Prima Donna bras on line for many years but have never had the nice friendly service that Bare Necessities have provided. I have worked in a lingerie boutique myself, so I appreciate quality garments.

I was charged twice accidentally. Bare Necessities was apologetic and quickly rectified the situation! I'm not sure that other businesses would respond so promptly or caringly.

I live in Hong Kong which is not ideal for buying underwear for a curvy figure. When I have travelled with work back to the UK the ladies at Bare Necessities have posted to whichever hotel I stay in which is very helpful. Also when friends or family visit me in Hong Kong I have orders delivered to them to bring out to me and the returns timeline is flexible. I receive great advice on sizing guides so I can try new styles which is very helpful.

I have been purchasing my underwear since 2005. I am petite and have very large bust. This was actually bot helping my posture and also my confidence. Bare Necessities totally transformed who I am today. The team took time out to understand what I like and what I do not. The Bra fittings where amazing this first milestone , second stage which I thought would never happen ...'They got me wearing a'Bikini!' with total confidence!'
The third journey was I actually bought my first basque!

I placed my order online on a weekend from Canada and received it from UK in just 5 days. I am delighted with the quality of the product and especially with the service that I received. This is not my first experience with Bare Necessities and they have surpassed expectations every time.

I had a great visit to Bare Necessities in Melbourne. A lovely shop, with knowledgeable and friendly service. The stock is enormous and they have all the sizes you could wish for. I was introduced to three new bras and treated myself to all three! I was tempted by the amazing swimwear, but resisted, but I will be back. Well worth the visit; and with an online service as well.

After being let down by my usual stockist of Prima Donna, I telephoned to check stock of an item.
