I'll start by saying the lady on the phone was very nice. Otherwise, I ordered a replacement rear hatch for my SUV. After waiting past the delivery date, I inquired about it. Was told the order had been misplaced, so it was resubmitted. When the part arrived by truck, the driver told me the crate had broken apart and the hatch door was found loose in the trailer. It has 2 large dents, a bent corner, and broken plastic trim at the bottom. It is almost as bad as the one I'm replacing. I have submitted this information on your website under warranty claims 4 times now and have not received any response. This needs to be resolved or I would not recommend your business. Thank you. UPDATE: After this was published, I was contacted, and the company agreed to refund a portion of the purchase price. Once again, the lady on the phone was very nice.

I ALMOST GAVE UP ON FINDING THIS PART BUT WITHIN 24 HRS I HAD A REPLY AND A FEW DAYS LATER...THE PART. WORKED GREAT.

The part I received was not what I expected. It was all scratched up and when I ordered there was supposed to be a $10.00 which I did not reeive

A lot of good with one annoying bad. On the good side; Reasonable price, reasonable shipping, correct part. On the bad side; Part was delivered with a broken bolt where the strut attaches

I ordered my motor on 02/27 and u guys sold it after I placed order. When I called to check status your rep Lauren or whoever place an unauthorized order after I hung up. YOU GUYS TOOK THE MONEY ON 03/02... it did not ship out until 03/14. My mechanic now has the part which has multiple OTHER pieces n repairs not specified on the call or on the receipt. I WANT MY MONEY BACK BEFORE U GET THE MOTOR. HOW ABOUT THAT!!! WAIST OF TIME

Auto Parts Fair sent me wrong part and I can not get ahold of anyone to return it for a refund.
I had to file a dispute with my bank.
Auto Parts Fair real name is Automotix which has an F rating from the Better Business Bureau.

I ordered an expensive interior door panel on JANUARY 23rd. When it hadn't arrived nearly 2 weeks later, I called customer service. I was informed, that the part was broken when they pulled it. So they agreed to process a refund. That was two weeks ago. So now I've been waiting for a month for a part, with no refund in sight. I will never order from this company again!

Update: the response below makes it appear as if yesterday was the first time I've called... it was the 3rd call. When I called last night at 6:05, I was told that the refunds department was closed & that I would have to call back. That's when I decided to give the bad review. MY REVIEW is the only reason action was taken. Period. When the refund actually posts to my account, I will update again. I was promised a refund two weeks ago. Forgive me if I'm skeptical.

Had to spend much time on internet locating part for my 08 Kia Sorento. Once I found it and placed the order I was surprised it arrived within a week. The part had a tag with a description and rating. I must say the part worked out great and this transaction was quick and easy.

The response was fast and delivery was faster than anticipated.

I ordered a sun visor with light feature with no problems. I got the wrong side (even though the label it came with states the correct side, it wasn't). The color was off and here were grease fingerprints all over it. I tried to figure out the return policy and even emailed the company with no success! Terrible customer service!!!!! Won't be ordering parts from here again!

They sent the wrong Mercedes audio replacement after I explicitly gave them the exact part number. This is very frustrating and has yet to be resolved.
