What stood out most was how attentive he was — he took the time to listen, understand exactly what I needed, and followed through without any runaround. It’s rare these days to find someone who is both knowledgeable and truly customer-focused, but Nick I had a really great experience working with.

Had a great experience with this company! They’ve got a solid selection of Land Rover parts with amazing support. Zack is my go to for parts. He really knows his stuff and made sure I got exactly what I needed. Super easy to work with and no hassle at all. Definitely coming back for more parts in the future

I’ve been using rover’s north for years and have always had a great experience. Very knowledgeable staff.

They Sold me a used product and then when I called basically told me it was never used and that if it came dirty that I should just wash it. I wish I could add photos because its laughable that they are claiming it is new. Do NOT buy from here.

I've never had a problem with RN. they are very upfront when something is out of stock and even has reached out to me regarding the lead time. They are very fast to respond to inquiries and their shipping is actually accurate (yes shipping has gotten very expensive, sadly) This is my primary go to when it comes to getting parts for our Ninety and Disco II.

Zack has an impeccable understanding of the challenges of maintaining and restoring these farm implements from Solihull that we revere so much. He and Rover's North are the benchmark by which all those parts distributors should be judged. You will never be disappointed. I never was after a 4 year rebuild of a 110 Defender

I placed an order, and they never ship it. After a couple of days I email them to see what happen and I was told was ship same day, after 3 days same story until I get mad and I decided to cancel.
This is the worst experience. Don’t buy from this scammers.

The go to for all defender parts and helpful staff

I own a '11 Range Rover and a '87 Defender. Whenever I call, represenatives are always available, extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. More recently, I purchased some fuel injectors - they didn't exactly work properly and Rovers North allowed me to return. This is my first choice for any Land Rovers parts. Thanks!

I have been a Rovers North customer for a number of decades now. RN is by far the most dependable, accurate, and high quality of all the vintage Land Rover parts suppliers - in the USA or abroad. The prices are not always the lowest, which is fine, because the knowledge of the staff, customer service, fast shipping, and excellent warranty are worthwhile. I've rarely had problems with my orders, but on the few occasions I have, everything is resolved quickly.

Rovers North has been great to me over the years. I can always count on them for supplying quality parts with a warranty to match.

Purchased new proline radiator hoses, the rubber cracked up within 90 days, sales person said I can send them back at my expense, he did not want to see pics of them. I recommend do not do business with roversnorth poor quality parts

Hi all.

First I would like to express my thanks for express delivery and excellent service form Rovers North.

I have a 2002 DII Westminster and the serpentine belt went due a bad idler. The throttle body deicer gasket set also needed to be replaced. The sales team helped make sure I had the right parts and shipped quickly so I could have my DII back on the road ( It is my daily drive BTW, and has less than 100k)

Since the fix I now have to replace both hoses to the throttle body as someone had replaced with incorrect hoses and after the initial repair one started leaking). Again Rovers North delivered!!
