Overall things went well.

Friendly staff and quick turn around on our order.

The item arrived broken and cannot be used as intended. I’m still waiting for the seller to make a decision. Its been 5 days since delivery. I’m still waiting as directed by customer support. The only reason I rated my experience as a 4 star experience is customer support service given to me by Mr Brock. I’m beginning to wonder how this experince will turn out. I’m still wating on the final decision to be made. I’m trying to be patient and have a positive outlook on the situation. However it turns out, I will update my review. This is my first experience with this company . I hope it all works out and this doesn’t end up my last experience with them. I’m waiting to see the outcome and decide if I ever ise them again. So far I’ve been treated with good customer support and respect. Only time will tell.
UPDATE: This morning when I got up, checked my email. FindItParts sent notification that my replacement part would be delivered tomorrow. This company has a customer service team that means business when it comes to their customers. I have never had an experience like this customers service gave me. I am completely satisfied with them and the solutions to solve my problem. I rated them as a 4 before this update. I would like to change that to the highest of 5 stars. I would rate them highter if the system would allow it. I have never received this level of customer service from any company. My sincere thanks for helping me out. They have a new customer with me. I would recommend this company to everyone that needs parts. It has been a pleasure working with them. This company cares for its customers, and it shows. I plan on making FindItParts as my go to for all my part needs. And recommend you do to, you want be sorry you did. I was beginning to have doubts, I’m now a believer and a new customer. Farr 62891-001 filter. Paid for 2 day UPS. Got it in 1 day.

I ordered KIT number 802455 containing 10 items and only received 1 item. Not happy.

Shipping was delayed paid extra to have it here 2nd day air shipping. Did not come in time

Very bad experience with the shipping, the package has be send to wrong address, I has take contac by telephone and report the address mistake and give the appropiate address, make again the purchase, and one more time get notification with my new purchase was shipped to the wrong address

Armature plates were rusted and required sanding and refinishing before being installed

I'm still waiting on the return label so I can return this part it was the wrong mirror
