Great place to do business

I'm on my third Defender 90,I bought…
I'm on my third Defender 90,I bought the first two brand new and unfortunately I was not smart enough to keep them. The one I currently own is a pre-owned 97 I've had for 6 years, and I have brought numerous parts from Rovers North for it and I am very happy with the results. Three months ago I brought a totally restored 1974 Range Rover Classic and I got a beautiful set of wheels for it from Rovers North. I'm in the process of buying a restored 1984 Land Rover Defender 130, and I have already a list of things I will be ordering, including two heated front seats. I highly recommend them for you Rover needs, excellent parts and service.

Slow service
Your response time is very underwhelming to say the least. I ordered items from Rover North and Atlantic British on the same day, I have installed the parts from Atlantic British already, I just received a notice that a UPS shipping label has been created for my Rovers North order today, 8 days later. LOL Luckily I'm not waiting with a vehicle down. I understand everyone is dealing with a difficult situation Covid-wise, but generating a shipping label 8 days later leads me to believe there's an issue in the ordering process.

We’re so sorry that your experience did not match your expectations.
We try to make it as clear as possible on the product page and during checkout when an item is not in-stock at our warehouse and has to be brought all the way in from the manufacturer not in the US before being shipped to you. This is why the product said it would ship in 7-9 days, and in fact, shipped out in 8 days. We have a feeling your order from the other company was of a part in-stock at their warehouse and if we had this part in-stock at our warehouse, it would have arrived in the same amount of time. We are doing our best during this difficult time to bring in parts and ship out orders for everyone's Land Rovers in a reasonable amount of time.

I just bought an older Series Land Rover and finding parts for it is not easy. From the first time I called these guys, they welcomed me into their "family" and have provided exceptional service and truly care about making the vehicle right rather than just selling parts.

INCREDIBLE SERVICE!
I purchased a 2013 Range Rover Sport in October 2019 and wanted to replace the oil filter. A non-Land Rover dealership couldn't get the filter so I contacted Rovers North and they had the filter in stock. I told them I'd have to drive up after I finished work at 6pm and they said they would leave the filter boxed up in a safe place by the front door, as they would be closed at that time. I pulled in after 9pm (having worked late) and there was the box, just where they said it was. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Incredible service by an incredible business. I will be doing a lot more business with them, especially while I restore a Land Rover Series IIA! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Ordered brake parts for a 92 Defender 110 and the parts I received were better than what I ordered. The dealer told me they didn’t make the parts I needed but Rovers North had everything. Thanks to them this Landy is on the road again

Ignore their referrals...
Very responsive re product questions and decent prices, however I asked them for a reference for someone to rebuild a 300tdi a few years back, $40,000 later I've got a Landy I wouldn't dream of taking off the ranch.. stick to what you know unless you own RBE that is... If you don't know, don't refer it looks terrible on you.
