Fast order processing, communication and shipping. Wheel Rim was listed as very good, yet it had a 2" round scrap on it.

Excellent MP3 paying radio! Advertised as a 6-Disc, MP3 radio unfortunately it does not have a 6-Disc player inside, just a single Disc.

I ordered two tail lamps for both sides of my Avalon. The picture showed exactly what I was looking for but when the second one came in the mail it was nothing like what I ordered. When I called to try and get it corrected the young lady who I spoke with was very short and demeaning. During the whole conversation I felt belittled like I was incapable of understanding the company standards. She constantly kept asking me if I was going to drop off the part at a local office or send it in the mail even though there's no local office in the state of Georgia and the closest one to me is in Orlando Florida. When I asked her about the correct part she was again blunt with me in regards to the return policy and the price difference. I'd rather take my car to the Toyota dealership then sit around and allow someone to disrespect me. This place will never have to worry about my business again.

Order processing and delivery service were both excellent. I have not gotten the part into the shop to replace on the car so don't know 100% the quality and accuracy of the part, but I'm trusting that it will be fine since everything has gone well so far.

After a delay for "unforeseen events" I finally received the wheel I ordered for my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The condition was as described,very good, however the color did not match the other wheels on my vehicle. There was no color choice when I ordered so I assumed the wheel would match. There was a tag on the wheel indicating it was for a 2003 Grand Cherokee so perhaps the style was similar but the color different. Not happy,but not wanting to drag this out any longer, I installed the wheel on the passenger side of the Jeep so I wouldn't normally see it. Thought the off color might have been brake dust and if so, it would not clean up and the wheel is stained permanently.

I ordered a used ABS control module from AutoPartsFair for my 2002 Grand Caravan. I received one fairly quickly at a reasonable price. My mechanic installed it, and so far it works fine.

Not clearly stated on where parts can be shipped to until after purchase. Customer service did quickly cancel and refund the order once contacted. Need a more obvious and clear statement indicating shipping options and exclusions.

Great customer service. A wrong part resulted in quick action, with a refund and a UPS shipping return label. This kind of great service will assure that this company will receive my consideration for the next time I am searching for an auto part.

Delay in shipping. Wrong item sent. Frustrating call to return item and had to call back the next day. Second lady needed completely different and much less info than first lady. Opted to return item rather than exchange it just to be done with the company. Takes forever to get someone on the phone; was on hold for over 20 minutes the first time I called to return the item.

I found this site to be a very good site to order vehicle parts from and they are very knowledgeable . They honor their policy on the warrant of their products. I would recommend this site to my friends.
