The stools are beautifully made. Although there was a slight snag in the leather on one of the chairs, this was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Perfect match to the colour of my kitchen and very comfortable to sit in.

Poor quality for the cost of the products. After sales service was not particularly helpful and, lacking real value.

Excellent Bar Stool
Excellent product - well made and easy to put together. Very good price with free next day delivery. All parts were well packaged to avoid damage. Extremely pleased with the company's service and quality of the product. Far cheaper than others that I looked at.

Great quality, comfortable chairs and fast delivery
This was our first time shopping with Atlantic, and we were pleasantly surprised. The chairs were much better quality than expected—we love the finish, and they’re incredibly comfortable.
Delivery was fast, and communication was great. Our only gripe was that one of the seats appeared to have been opened and repackaged, as its packaging differed from the other three. However, it was well wrapped and showed no signs of having been assembled.
Great chairs at a great price. We’d definitely buy from Atlantic again. Highly recommended!

We are also glad to hear that delivery was fast and communication was great. We do work closely with our delivery company DPD to ensure deliveries run smoothly. This is why Mainland UK orders are despatched on a next working day service if placed before 3pm.
DPD do also provide a one-hour time slot to customers to save them waiting around all day.

We purchased 2 bar stools in August…
We purchased 2 bar stools in August 2025. Item code BS2013 total cost of £119.98. The silver bases began to tarnish and eventually looked so bad, we contacted Atlantic about this, asking for replacement or refund. They accused us of using chemicals or not storing them in the "correct environment" which was totally incorrect. When we challenged this, they repeated the same accusation. We finally requested that they provide us with the name of the manufacturer, which they ignored. Very disappointed, especially as we were returning customers who had purchased two different bar stools a week before at almost double the price. We would add that those two bar stools have had ongoing issues with groaning noises when being swivelled despite taking Atlantic's advice to dismantle the base and apply oil (which we have done regularly and still they groan!).
