The chairs are good value bu the quality is poor
The feet mark the kitchen floor, which I have had too resolve with stick on sliders which are plain - it would be better if the screw in feet were white.

The service from Atlantic was excellent, including arranging the return of the items and a quick refund.
However, we had to return the bar stools, because both of the bases had unacceptable imperfections.

Product exactly as advertised and delivered within few days. Great service and product.

Don't look after their customers
I bought four skyline chairs £125 each about 4 years ago, they have all split on the sides and need replacing, thought they would of lasted longer, so I called Atlantic shopping to advise I'm a returning customer as the chairs I ordered before already need replacing, the new chairs I wanted to order are £239 each, total £1195.00 can they give me some sort of discount and I will order straight away, The woman I spoke to was very computers says no, did no feel like a valued returning customer, I really don't get the thinking behind not looking after returning customers as I will now shop elsewhere out of principle

Delivered on time. Stools look great and are comfortable. Only issue I had was some missing paint on the legs which I had to paint. Otherwise very nice and good price.

Ordered stools , but no next day delivery as scheduled. I was reasonable and waited a further day but still no delivery. I then found tracking info that they had been delivered to the wrong house -pic wasn’t our house door . Admittedly, this is their couriers fault, but I contacted Atlantic Shopping by email to raise it ,but no reply . Messaged on fb , no reply . Then I called them and raised the matter. They strived to get info from the courier who ,after several days, gave proof of delivery to our address -which was delivery to entirely the wrong address and not that on the delivery form (it just hasn’t been read) . Nobody was in at the address they delivered to, no stools remained at the door (as just left and pictured !!) , £300 paid and this was 2 weeks ago . Customer service is slow and poor -there’s nothing proactive and they don’t seem to care about the service standard of the courier they have contracted with . I would not recommend .
