Great product & customer service. I really appreciated the helpfulness of those who answered the phone when I called with queries ... from their running onto the shopfloor to measure seat height (I have a rather tall breakfast bar), to their enabling returns & prompt refunds when I got the measurements wrong. The bar stools I settled on are great & the style & quality have been praised by my friends. The price is great too. I would not hesitate to recommend Atlantic Shopping, Birmingham to anyone looking for bar stools.

Lovely chairs. They were sent out super quick & had updates all the way. We were missing a fitting pack from one chair & customer service was brilliant & they were sent out in the post straight away. We ordered two originally, liked them that much we ordered another two. Highly recommend.

Bought 2 adjustable leather barstools. One of the few places that had UK stock with genuine leather. Most other stockists were long lead times. Atlantic Shopping was next day delivery at a very competitive price (cheaper than some on 10 week delivery). Really pleased with the quality of the stools. Wouldn't hesitate to buy again.

I can’t complain about the purchase experience at all but I am honestly just very disappointed in the quality of the stools I purchased. They look fab but they are completely unstable. They wobble when my 10 year old gets on! Not what I hoped for when I had purchased in order to replace my old wobbly stools!

A real shame - a wonderful experience in the showroom able to try lots of stools and chairs out was then let down by poor quality of the stools when we tried to assemble them resulting in all 4 being returned as they wobbled and had holes not fully drilled! Hopefully the others are of better quality but we’d already been put off sadly

Great service and really happy with my stools

I ordered these bar stools for my kitchen in May of this year and waited until September for them to arrive in stock, hence dropping the one star. As soon as they arrived they were sent out for delivery and I received them the next day which was excellent service. The stools required some assembly but everything was supplied and clearly labelled. The instructions were easy to follow and it didn't take too long to put them together. I am glad that we only ordered the two as they do take up a bit of room but that's because they are more like a modern 'captains chair' with a lovely padded, leather seat and very sturdy and so, I would suggest, more comfortable than a regular bar stool. It was worth the long wait as they are excellent quality and look great in my kitchen.
