Excellent customer service
We ordered 4 grid bar stools in grey and they are actually really good quality for the price.
They were really easy to assemble but unfortunately we discovered that one of the hydraulics wasn’t working. I emailed the company that evening and had a reply first thing next morning with instructions on how to take it apart again.
24 hours later a new hydraulic was dispatched and received the following day.
Excellent customer service with really good communication, great product and very reasonably priced

Good quality chairs - poor customer service
Quality of the chairs were good. Bought 6 Rosa dining chair and 2 rosa bar stools.
Fast delivery which was great.
Customer service received was disappointing. The items purchased are described as matching. Chairs arrived and there is a clear difference in chair leg colour when comparing the bar stools and the dining chairs. Both have the exact same online descriptions. However there was a significant noticeable difference.
Over the phone it was described as due to possible different batches. I was told there was nothing they could do- no replacement to match the batches.
Items were not as described with such a difference. £15 returns charge per box, even though the fault was with the company and false advertising.

Bought 2 kitchen bar stools which looked quite nice on the site but when delivered and removed from the box looked cheap and not worth £200. Immediately returned as I’ve just spent £25k on a new kitchen and these stools looked like they’d been picked up from a market stall.

The service was excellent, chairs were uncomfortable
The service was excellent. The chairs arrived the day after I placed the order and were collected the day after I requested the return.
Unfortunately, the stools were very uncomfortable. They were also quite difficult to disassemble. The video showing a lady gently tapping them with a hammer was far from reality and did not reflect how challenging the process actually was.
