Excellent Service
We found some Lovely bar stools on the website. Delivery was extremely quick.
We had an issue with one of the stools (tear in the seat material).
Emailed Atlantic shopping and within 48hrs a replacement seat was delivered.
Exceptional service!

Excellent product & service
Prompt delivery - product as described. Bought to replace existing bar stools with new ones just as good as present stools. Well packaged for delivery - easy to assemble. Price was same as 3 years ago. Excellent value - great buying experience.

Well made bar stools
Delivered next day and the stools are great and a gorgeous burgundy colour - just what I ordered! Good solid chairs with no wobble!

Anything but a premium experience
We ordered three bar stools which were meant to be delivered the following day... they were not delivered!
The next day we received a message to say they had ben delivered, but they had not been delivered to our address, and the picture of the box showed the box was damaged and open.
We eventually got the parcel redelivered and as had ben shown in the picture, the box was badly damaged, ripped, etc., and only 1 of the 3 stools was in the box.
We contacted the company who chased up the missing box with the other 2 stools.
It arrived a day or two later.
This box was even more badly damaged, and although the 2 x bar stool seats were there, the legs, fixings and instructions were not.
More phone calls to Atlantic Shopping to get the missing bits sent out. These came the following day.
This was anything but a premium experience.
The customer service person was polite and helpful but she could not make up for the poor state of the delivery, the delays to deliveries and the general poor experience.
I had thought they might have offered some kind of gesture for the poor experience, but no mention of anything like that.
I do think that when you're paying +£200 per bar stool they should come already assembled and in far sturdier packaging.
It has certainly put me off buying from them again.

ordered bedside tables said next day delivery took 3 days !" once arrived opened box the top of the beside table was not attached only glued on they did replace " cheap made high st market type "! would not recommend

I pre- ordered some lovely dining chairs that arrived recently. The chairs are very good quality and excellent value for money and the customer service throughout has been helpful and efficient. Based on my own experience I thoroughly recommend the company and will definitely use them again.

Excellent customer service
We ordered 4 grid bar stools in grey and they are actually really good quality for the price.
They were really easy to assemble but unfortunately we discovered that one of the hydraulics wasn’t working. I emailed the company that evening and had a reply first thing next morning with instructions on how to take it apart again.
24 hours later a new hydraulic was dispatched and received the following day.
Excellent customer service with really good communication, great product and very reasonably priced
